Casa bien equipada en un excelente vecindario. Esta casa es perfecta para una escapada de golf, snowbirds, mira a tu equipo favorito en la acción de entrenamiento de primavera o simplemente disfruta de nuestro fantástico clima. Aunque cerca de muchas atracciones, aeropuertos y autopistas, el hogar ofrece un entorno tranquilo para disfrutar del clima soleado. La casa tiene 3 habitaciones confortables, 2 baños completos, cocina recién remodelada con gabinetes nuevos, encimera y electrodomésticos, sala de estar espaciosa, patio cubierto equipado con una parrilla de gas para todas sus necesidades de parrillas, garaje privado con estacionamiento adicional en el camino de entrada, un Patio trasero cerrado y pisos embaldosados para una fácil limpieza. Nuestra casa se encuentra a 30 millas del aeropuerto de Phoenix / Mesa Gateway y el aeropuerto internacional de Phoenix. También tiene fácil acceso a las autopistas de la zona. Nuestra casa también incluye un reproductor de TV / DVD con TV de pantalla plana, internet de alta velocidad con acceso a WiFi, lavadora / secadora, una cama tamaño king en el dormitorio principal, una cama queen en el segundo dormitorio, una cama completa en el tercer dormitorio y Un montón de espacio en el armario para una estancia confortable. Folletos de lugares cercanos para visitar se guardan en la casa para la conveniencia de nuestros huéspedes. El HOA ofrece una piscina comunitaria cerrada que se encuentra a 2-3 cuadras (2-3 minutos a pie) de nuestra casa. (disponible sólo a través de abril a octubre). Aunque no se calienta, la piscina ofrece un lugar tranquilo para descansar, leer y disfrutar del buen tiempo de Arizona.

ASU graduation stay

We traveled to AZ to attend my daughter 's college graduation from ASU. This place was perfect for us with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. It would have been nice if it had been a little closer to a campus, but Uber and Lyft rides were reasonably priced. We used the pool and It was clean and quiet. I've stayed at many VRBOs and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at all the kitchen supplies that were there, including detergent and fabric softener to do a load of laundry! It also came with more than enough towels which was much appreciated! I would definitely recommend this place for your stay in AZ!!

Perfect Place

We stayed here as we were in town for a friend's Celebration of Life. The owners were very responsive prior to booking as well as when we had a question while we were there. The house is very clean and smelled amazing. Everything worked as it should. There were 3 bedrooms. We only used 2 of them. The master bedroom is larger and has its own bathroom. The other bathroom is between the other 2 bedrooms. Living room is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. Just to note the refrigerator is smaller so it probably won't hold as much as your refrigerator at home, however it worked fine for us for 4 days. My only suggestion would be more ice trays to make ice. The location is great. While in a quiet neighborhood it is near plenty of gas stations, restaurants, and Wal Mart. The pool is very close to this house although we did not end up using it due to other commitments. House is about 20 minutes or so from PHX airport. It was 98 and 99 degrees while we were there. A/C worked well :)

The only complaint; no wash cloths & only 2 hand towels. Had to go out buy these. Also no tissue boxes which would be nice to have in each bathroom. Overall, otherwise adequately furnished.

Great girls weekend

Our stay was fantastic. The house was well spaced out, giving the 3 of us plenty of privacy. The house was meticulously clean. We felt very safe in the neighborhood. The house was close to everything. I would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in Mesa.

Outdated dirty property

I stayed at this outdated, musty filthy place. With terrible customer service. I reached out to the person of contact by text message with my concerns. The information sheet was provided to me by email and text message by the host. I sent a text message the person of contact on Thurday 14th, 2024. Which was my date of entry to this property. No reply! I then sent a message to the owner. He replied with this statement. "The cleaning team said everything is clean." I sent him the pictures I took. Then he accused me of taking the keys to this property. Sending me a threatening text talking about he had to get a locksmith to open the door. I'm so glad I took a picture and a video of me placing the keys in the lockbox upon my departure. However, if you look at the instructions sheet provided. It states nothing about placing the keys back in the lockbox. All the beds feel like concrete ona bed frame. Two of the beds are full size. One kings that also felt like a slab of concrete. No proper lighting in the smaller two bedrooms. No ceiling fans or lights in those small rooms. Only small kid like table lamps. The refrigerator is for a college kid. If you notice it not in the pictures posted. A property in this condition should not be on the any website I've also contacted Vrbo.

Very comfortable and great location

Lovely townhome. Lacking a little in basic supplies. I think most of what was there was left by previous renters. Bed was absolute Heaven! Very comfortable throughout with nice furniture. A/C and wifi worked great! I wish they accepted pets, cuz we usually travel with our dog and we would love to stay here again.

Convenient location and very spacious!

We chose this location because of how close it is to the Mesa convention center where we were attending/working an event. The house had plenty of room and felt very cozy. Bonus points for the size of the bathtubs and great water pressure. .

Great place stay.

I don't have alot of experience with vacation rentals but I do gotta say that this house was perfect for our group. Everything worked, the beds were pretty comfortable, and the pool is just a short walk. My group stayed here twice in 2 months and if we go back to Mesa, we'll probably stay again. The owner was very communicative and easy to work with.

Great Place

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Overall a 5 star place. The pool was beautiful and well used by us and not a far walk from the house. There were a few extras that were great like sugar, salt pepper and some spices.

Lovely home

We loved our 4 day stay. It was perfect for our family of 4 (three separate bedrooms) was stocked with everything we needed (in the kitchen), and was a charming home. Great neighborhood, kids loved the community pool, the price was right, and we would book again, without hesitation.
