Our vacation home is located in a safe, family-friendly neighborhood with plenty to see and do. Your own private paradise is just minutes away from Kierland, Old Town, Golfing, Shopping, Restaurants and more.

Windrose's oasis provides tons of open space and multiple hang out areas inside and out, day or night. The pool area is spacious, comfortable, and is where you will want to spend a lot of your day with both shade and sunny lounge areas with plenty of chairs and loungers. The home comes complete with an indoor/outdoor sound system and the incredible landscape lighting keeps the fun going all night. Surrounded by Arizona's beautiful landscape and lush desert, your breath will be taken away.

- Upon arrival, You will receive a unique security code that will allow you keyless entry into the property using our smart lock. This way you never have to worry about losing a key and everyone in your party will be able to lock and unlock the door with your smart lock code. Your code will be valid during the duration of your stay and will expire after you check out.
- You will receive simple and easy to follow check-out instructions upon your arrival.

Before checking into the property we must collect a credit card and photo ID to verify your identity and cover any incidentals.
- Guest must provide both the same CC and ID at time of check in.

You are choosing to book our home using a 3rd party website and not booking direct. Airbnb does not share your info with us. When you book, you are agreeing to submit a copy of your photo ID, your email address, and credit card to us after you book. This is a standard procedure for professional property managers, just like hotels. Age minimum 26, and no pets or service pets are allowed.

The pool can be heated during winter months when the natural pool temperature drops due to lower outside air temperatures. When heated, the temperature will be maintained between 84-88 degrees. We generally recommend that the pool be heated October 15th through May 31st in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature. To ensure the pool is heated for your arrival we require a minimum 3 day advance notice. If you decide to take advantage of the optional pool/spa heat it is required for the entire duration of your stay, it can not be turned on and off daily.

*If there is an amenity that has an issue during your stay we reserve the right to fix it before you have the ability to cancel or get a refund. If we issue a refund it will be up to a max of 10% off for that night. ** If we are able to fix it there will be no refund applied,. If its out of our control such as ac, water leak, or plumbing issues, we will not offer any refund.

During your stay in this beautiful desert oasis, you may encounter some of Arizona's unique wildlife, including scorpions, snakes and desert insects. These creatures are a natural part of the desert environment, and while they typically keep to themselves, it's always a good idea to stay aware of your surroundings. Please note, while the property is regularly treated for pests, we cannot be held responsible for any encounters with desert wildlife, including scorpions or any other desert indoor or outdoor bugs, that may occur during your stay. We recommend taking precautions, such as keeping doors and windows closed when not in use and using caution when stepping outside, especially at dusk and dawn.

EVENTS:
- This property does not currently accommodate special events. IE; Corporate events, holiday parties, weddings/receptions, etc. This is not a party house; No more then 6 adults to stay the night, due to new rules and regulations

For your reference, the City defines “vacation rentals” or “short term rentals” as dwelling
units for a rental term of less than 30 days to transient guests. They are considered the same as
traditional dwelling units and are allowed by-right in all residential districts, subject to the following:
• All Dwelling units and any accessory guest houses must be rented or offered for rent
together, and may not be rented or offered for rent independently.
• All Dwelling units, including Vacation Rentals and Short term rentals shall have a
maximum family size of 6 adults (and their related dependent children).
• Non-residential uses, including retail, restaurant, banquet space, event center, or other
similar use is prohibited.
No parties or events are permitted at the property. Video or photography of any kind is strictly prohibited.
