Our host always responded quickly to any questions and always kept us informed. The amenities were excellent . Loved having green grass in the front yard!!! The bathroom was perfect for an older couple especially one with a broken elbow!!!The only observation we would make is there was no wall clock anywhere (hard for an older couple to see the clocks on the stove, microwave, and coffee pot!) Also no bedside LED clock/alarm! We love the place--it was close to all the restaurants and places we wanted to go. Convenient and lovely. Would love to stay here again in the future!!!

The casita was as advertised, small and cozy and newly remodeled. Especially nice job on the bathroom/shower!We enjoyed coffee and breakfast many mornings under the outdoor pergola in the private backyard and really appreciated the use of the gas grill.Tatiana was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had during our stay.The location is within walking distance of downtown Mesa and close to two major streets which made it easy to get to anywhere we wanted to go.

Our stay was wonderful at the house. It's charming and well put together. We appreciated how close the house was to Downtown Mesa for restaurants and places to visit. It's also in the historic neighborhood area which is beautiful. The house was spacious for my wife and I, and was a great home away from home. The hosts were attentive and communicative, and the house was everything we needed. Definitely would stay again and recommend it.

I absolutely love casita Lilac, it is so clean cosy, and the owner has it stocked with everything you could need. The cowboy pool was so cute and inviting but unfortunately it rained almost the entire stay, but again the owner had a basket with warm blankets for just chilling on the couch while it rained. This was by far the bed away from home stay I have ever had. I would definitely recommend it

We enjoyed our stay at the Lilac Casita. it was just as cute and inviting as the pictures.The beds were comfortable the home was very clean and the amenities were perfect for a VRBO.The host was very communicative and helpful.The backyard was spacious and inviting. The pool surrounded by a beautiful deck with lawn chairs to sun in. The cowboy pool, clean and inviting, perfect for an afternoon/evening soak. We would definitely stay in this home again.

This was our second time staying at the casita and we will definitely return! Very clean and comfortable, and for our weekend activities (wave pool at Revel Surf, visiting son in downtown Phoenix, dinner at Espiritu in Mesa), the location was central for us. We all slept well...the neighborhood is very quiet at night. Easy checkin and great communication with host Tatiana.

Exceptional Stay in Downtown Mesa

Casita Lilac exceeded our expectations. Very comfortable, super clean, walking distance to Main St in downtown Mesa, and a short drive to downtown Phoenix. Plenty of room for 2-4 persons. We had a great weekend visiting our son...wave pool at Revel surf park, dinner and drinks at Espiritu, and a concert at the Nile. Communication with Tatiana was outstanding, she's so friendly and had great local recommendations. We would 100% stay here again!

One of the Best Stays We’ve Ever Had!

My daughter and best friend and I all stayed at casita lilac and had a great experience. The house was clean organized and had clearly labeled items for things to use. My daughter was extra excited about the pool, which was very adorable and fun to use. We should definitely recommend this house for others to stay! Brigette
