Would give 10 stars if I could! This was an amazing property! It was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. Great location with friendly neighbors. The host was amazing and responded quickly to my question. Jesse went above and beyond to make our stay the best VRBO we have ever had. He thought of everything people might need while on vacation (Including things for our dog). The pool is gorgeous both day and night, and the fire pit was a perfect way to end the night. We would ABSOLUTELY love to stay here again.

The host and the house was great...I wish we would have spent more time in the back yard oasis but we were on the go most of the time golfing, going to a musical festival and sight seeing. Amenities were great and highly recommend this to anyone visiting the Tempe area.

Friends spring break

Met friends in Tempe for Spring Break and this house was such a great home base! Close to fun and lots to do at the house even though the weather didn’t allow for playing in the pool. Would rent again!

Highly recommend. The house was wonderful. The host was very responsive and easy to work with. The kitchen was outfitted with enough to allow us to cook a great meal for our family and friends. The yard is great. Everything worked as it should.

A Lil Slice of Heaven

This was my 3rd time staying and we will be back! Each room has its own unique features and plenty of storage space. My family especially appreciates the pool and floats. We used the grill for the first time and decided we will plan to do that again. Everything is a qick walk or Uber dtive away. They have Everything you need. !!!

50 is the New 40 - Girlfriend's Getaway!

Jesse and Heather are fanstatic hosts! This was my 2nd visit within a few months and everything was just as perfect as the time before. There's a large variety of restaurants within a few miles or stay and cook in the beautifully updated kitchen. There are several spices provided as well as a large selection of cookware. My favorite memory is sipping on a cup of coffee each morning while enjoying the beautiful view and listening to the birds. In the evening I enjoyed a nice glass of wine outside on the patio. The pool was clean and a perfect temperature. We will be back!!

Graduation Celebration

The Modern Farmhouse in Tempe was the perfect location while we were in town celebrating my daughter's graduation from ASU. Close to Mill and the ASU campus, nothing was very far away. The house has been immaculately and thoughtfully remodeled. The sparkling kitchen was well appointed and easy to use. Each bedroom was beautiful and restful. My kids loved the garage game room and I loved that they could play while I slept! The backyard is a wonderful extension of the house. We utilized the barbecue, lovely sitting area and pool quite a bit. We even had a rousing game of cornhole with the provided set. Jesse was awesome to work with and even had paper products delivered to our door when needed. This property is 10 out of 10!

20 year ASU reunion

A perfect location not too far from ASU campus made this the perfect location for a friends 20 year reunion. This place lived up to a group of design student expectations, it had a clean and modern interior and a gorgeous backyard sitting area by the pool. Jesse the host was a great communicator and everything for our booking went smoothly.

Celebrating with Family

The Modern Farmhouse was beautiful inside and out. We lacked nothing! We came to celebrate my son's graduation from GCU and we enjoyed everyminute of our stay... It was an easy location for all to meet; close to the airport as well as central to delicious eats and vibe of college life charm.The host was very easy to communicate with. We will be back!

My family and myself stayed here. Such a wonderful place to stay all the amenities you need are here and tons of games for inside and outside.The pool was joyful there was even blow ups for use.Short distance from stores and more. Lets just say this its very hard to please any mom and she was VERY pleased with her stay here.

"A Slice of Paradise in Tempe!"

Our stay at this Tempe VRBO was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The property itself is a true gem—nestled in a quiet neighborhood yet conveniently close to all the action Tempe has to offer. The house was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, giving it a cozy and welcoming ambiance. The layout was perfect for our group, providing both communal spaces for gathering and cozy nooks for some quiet relaxation. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring. One of the highlights was the backyard oasis! The pool was a refreshing retreat under the Arizona sun, and the patio area was ideal for morning coffee and evening BBQs. The location couldn't have been better. Downtown Tempe and Mill Avenue were also within easy reach, offering a plethora of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. Lastly, I must commend the hosts for their exceptional hospitality. They were incredibly responsive to any questions we had and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a memorable stay. Whether you're looking for a relaxing retreat or a home base for exploring the vibrant city, I highly recommend booking a stay here. I can't wait to return!

Visiting our daughter at ASU

We really enjoyed the location close to ASU and just minutes from Scottsdale. The neighborhood seemed quiet and safe. The home has been remodeled very nicely and the pool is fantastic. I don't think we could have found a nicer place to stay! We would love to come back here in the future.

Weekend Getaway

A friend and I came to Tempe for a long weekend to visit my daughter at ASU and this house was perfect. We had plenty of room to spread out. The location was very convenient, close to everything we needed. The house was well stocked and clean. My daughter and her friends especially enjoyed the bags in the backyard and the PacMan game in the garage. The owners were easy to communicate with. This house was a perfect choice for us and we would highly recommend it.
