A thoroughly modern, spacious, and very comfortable home! We spent (5) days in Scottsdale exploring while also moving our son into ASU. After long days of either hiking, exploring or shopping we would return to this beautiful home where we could unwind. The home's layout is a great place to gather with friends/ family although it is equally great to just do nothing - relax! The neighborhood was quiet and tranquil, close to everything! Thank you Nash for sharing your home with us! I hope we can return soon!

This is a beautiful home! We really enjoyed the pool, putting green and the lime tree in the yard. The house is clean, nicely decorated, and the kitchen was well stocked. We stay at rental homes on nearly all of our trips and we agreed that this one might have been one of our favorites. This was a perfect place for our long weekend.

This property was AMAZING. The layout of the home was perfect, the appliances and decor were up-to-date and in great taste, the pool was clean and a great way to beat the heat, and the putting green was just a cherry on top of an already fantastic stay.

Spacious modern home- great for families

Space and cleanliness greets you as you enter thru the main door. With an eye for detail, the property does not disappoint. From pool toys, sunscreen, additional pool towels and toiletries provided, the owners have taken their time to aid their guests for a great stay. Loved the pool and Bar-b-q, and my daughter had fun with the golf green. Large spacious bathrooms, amazing kitchen and yard, we will definitely stay here again when visiting family. Thank you Nate for great, quick responses in communication. We loved the home

Wonderful Experience

My partner and I rented this place for a little weekend get-away and we were impressed with everything about this property. It was a perfect experience. House was very clean and modern. We really had no complaints about the place. We were able to feel at home and really unwind and relax being here. The host was very honest and straightforward with communication. The neighborhood was very calm and quiet, and the house itself was close by to a lot of locations and activities in the city. Highly considering renting this place again upon a next return to Scottsdale.

Pure Relaxation – The Perfect Getaway!

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by how peaceful, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean everything was. It truly felt like stepping into a luxury retreat.The home was designed for total relaxation. Every room was cozy and inviting, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the living spaces had a warm, welcoming vibe. We especially loved waking up and stepping right out to our own private oasis.We spent our days soaking up the sun and our evenings enjoying the calm, quiet atmosphere. The putting green was such a fun addition and quickly became a favorite daily activity for everyone.The host was very accommodating and responsive, making check-in and check-out a breeze and keeping us informed throughout our stay.If you’re looking for a peaceful escape with fun amenities and a relaxing vibe, this is the place. It’s even better than the pictures and made for an unforgettable getaway. We’re already planning to return!

"A" for cleanliness.We were instructed to park the car in the garage, the garage door opener didn't work and it took 2 days to fix it.When it rained, the skylight over the kitchen counter leaked and we had water on the counter and floor.The internet was out for 4 days so we could not conduct business.

Fantastic

We really enjoyed our stay. The house and pool were clean and just like the pictures. The beds were comfortable. There were a couple minor issues but the host was quick to respond and had them fixed. The pool was the highlight for my son and it was very warm!

Quick Family Getaway

We loved this home. Spacious, great amenities, basic items stocked. Heated pool was great considering it was unusually cold while we were there. Host very responsive. Front gate lock did not work and wasn’t able to be fixed during our short stay. But everything else was superb. Will recommend this place to family and friends.

Very nice house in a great location!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was exceptionally clean! The bedrooms and bathrooms are also very nice. We could get to the Fashion Mall and old town Scottsdale within 5 minutes. We also got to meet the host who is a really nice guy. This property is highly recommended!!!

Great property close to everything

We had a wonderful time celebrating the holidays at the property. The location made it easy to get anywhere in Scottsdale, Tempe and surrounds. Easy to get to Old Town Scottsdale, quick access to 101. Quiet neighborhood. Great walking/biking trails nearby.
