What a beautiful home! Everything about this stay was perfect. The house is gorgeous, spotlessly clean, nice furnishings, quality sheets and towels. The home had been recently remodeled and had a wide open floor plan and beautiful details. We didn’t do any cooking, but the gorgeous kitchen had plenty of silverware, coffee cups, coffee, etc. The pool was wonderful! Clean and warm. The owner quickly responded to questions prior to our trip and our check-in was seamless. And the location was great- quiet, but not far from the freeway, just a short drive to the ball park, restaurants nearby, and a green belt for a lovely walk. Altogether a perfect stay! Hope to return for Spring Training next year!

The most accommodating, helpful, friendly host I have had the pleasure of working with. Fantastic property, in a convenient location with plenty of room to spread out. Perfect for baseball fans heading to Scottsdale Stadium or tourists who want to be close to old town. Great memories!

Host was super fast in responding! Place was very clean! The master bathroom shower was definitely a huge highlight! They even accommodated us with a last minute additional nights stay we requested. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay. Close to wherever we needed to go. 5 adults and we had plenty of space. House had everything you need for meal planning which was wonderful to save on money eating out. Very clean. Bedrooms good size and beds were comfy. Master shower was awesome. Host was responsive. Having the heated pool was nice as it was cool out. Would stay again. Thank you.

Fantastic location and very quiet in the unit. Bit of street noise while sitting at pool. Lots of shade! Great AC. Beautiful bathrooms and showers. Good water pressure. Comfortable mattress and great bedroom shades. Pictures are accurate. Will stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Nash was a wonderful host and very responsive to our requests. Very private oasis retreat with open concept, fully stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. Fabulous stay in Scottsdale!! The space is newly renovated and clean. The smell of the sheets were wonderful by the way :) location is great, and the owner is very accommodating and quick to communication. Excellent choice. We were looking for a change of scenery while still managing our workload and this home proved to be perfect for us. It was in a very quiet neighborhood and centrally located. We had plenty of room, the patio space allowed us to work outside in the sun and fresh air, and the kitchen was large and nicely stocked. The bedroom (we only used one) was very comfortable and the huge master bathroom with a giant walk-in shower was a nice bonus. Instructions and communication were timely and on point. Would definitely book here again.

A thoroughly modern, spacious, and very comfortable home! We spent (5) days in Scottsdale exploring while also moving our son into ASU. After long days of either hiking, exploring or shopping we would return to this beautiful home where we could unwind. The home's layout is a great place to gather with friends/ family although it is equally great to just do nothing - relax! The neighborhood was quiet and tranquil, close to everything! Thank you Nash for sharing your home with us! I hope we can return soon!

This is a beautiful home! We really enjoyed the pool, putting green and the lime tree in the yard. The house is clean, nicely decorated, and the kitchen was well stocked. We stay at rental homes on nearly all of our trips and we agreed that this one might have been one of our favorites. This was a perfect place for our long weekend.

This property was AMAZING. The layout of the home was perfect, the appliances and decor were up-to-date and in great taste, the pool was clean and a great way to beat the heat, and the putting green was just a cherry on top of an already fantastic stay.

Spacious modern home- great for families

Space and cleanliness greets you as you enter thru the main door. With an eye for detail, the property does not disappoint. From pool toys, sunscreen, additional pool towels and toiletries provided, the owners have taken their time to aid their guests for a great stay. Loved the pool and Bar-b-q, and my daughter had fun with the golf green. Large spacious bathrooms, amazing kitchen and yard, we will definitely stay here again when visiting family. Thank you Nate for great, quick responses in communication. We loved the home

Wonderful Experience

My partner and I rented this place for a little weekend get-away and we were impressed with everything about this property. It was a perfect experience. House was very clean and modern. We really had no complaints about the place. We were able to feel at home and really unwind and relax being here. The host was very honest and straightforward with communication. The neighborhood was very calm and quiet, and the house itself was close by to a lot of locations and activities in the city. Highly considering renting this place again upon a next return to Scottsdale.
