Goodnight, were terrible communicators! They do not return phone calls. Almost all of their communication is by email and texting. It was only then that I was able to speak to someone when I called VRBO to complain, and they finally connected me to a Goodnight person. Consequently, we were 30 minutes late getting into our unit.Their emails were vague! A few days before, we were to arrive there, I had to pay 52 for a damage waiver. It was never explained to me beforehand. I had to contact them 2 days before to get the address and they just gave me the building number and not our unit number. It took them two days to replace the ceiling light bulb in the master bathroom. Both upstairs bathrooms were dark. I had to shave in the first floor bathroom because it had better lightening. Overall, the entire unit lacked good lighting and there was no light above the kitchen table. The only positives were the beds were comfortable and the location of the unit.I will never book through Goodnight again!
