The management group was very responsive to questions, inquiries and requests. Have not had such favorable communication with management groups before. The place was clean and well kept. A very quiet area and a relaxing stay.

The place has everything you would need. It was very clean with amazing views. I loved doing dishes and having views of all the mountains. Everything was perfect except the hot tub. Unfortunately, my husband requested this property to book because of how they highlighted the hot tub and it being cleaned between guests. We complained at the start of our 13 day stay of the smell and an error of water not being changed in 90 days and then did not get it serviced until 3 days before check out. Once drained, cleaned and refilled it was fantastic.

Beautiful Fountain Hills

We are absolutely thrilled with our stay at this stunning Vrbo in Fountain Hills, Arizona! As Maui residents, we adore visiting this area, and discovering this breathtaking gem of a home filled us with pure joy. The check-in process was seamless and welcoming, setting the perfect tone for our visit. The interior decor and furnishings were simply exquisite, creating a warm and luxurious atmosphere that made every moment unforgettable. This experience was beyond perfect—truly a 10-star stay! We’re already dreaming of returning to this magnificent property again and again. With heartfelt gratitude, we say Mahalo for an incredible escape, though it’s now time to head back to Hawaii.

Great home in a great locaton

We have stayed in many homes in Fountain Hills and this is by far our favorite! Clean and well maintained, super quiet, and sunrise views. Hot tub and bbq area are a great bonus! We will definitely be back.

Golf holiday with 2 couples

Great place to stay. Quiet neighbourhood and central to where we wanted to be. Communication with the property manager was good. We did note that the second bathroom could use some written instructions on "how" to use the shower. It is not straightforward, but we did manage to get it working. Hopefully, this is something that they will add to the instructions in the house. Overall, this was a great place for us to stay while golfing in Arizona.

Beautiful view

This was a great place to relax. The back patio area was very beautiful with beautiful plants and many many birds to enjoy. The house was spacious and clean. We loved the hand bars in the bathrooms. The walk-in shower in the master was nice. The tub shower could've used a hand rail. Over all a very nice property.

Gorgeous views

The house was spacious with beautiful views of Four Peaks and adjoining mountains. The home was well stocked and spotless. Great communication with property management. Hopefully we will return.

Never Again

The house was nice but the shower in the hallway bathroom didn't work. We had to take the trash cans down the driveway the first night we were there. There was not 3 bedrooms. The water in the hot tub was dirty and appeared to not have been changed in a long time. When I called the "management" company the person that answered the phone started yelling at me, telling me that we had to take the trash out so we had room for our trash. Needless to say, we left after the first night. So if you like taking trash out, only have 2 bedroom instead of 3 and like to sit in dirty water in a hot tub, definately rent this home.

Very nice view from the front and secluded bakyard. The location was very convenient for golf and shopping. The home was very spacious and comfortable and the Mgmt company was very helpful with check in assistance. We would stay here again.

Pet Hairs Everywhere

The furniture is not conducive to comfort. Couches were Too low For viewing tv and though leather - not comfortable. We did find pet hair on all the rugs and the bases boards were filthy. We sent photos to the property manager ION, as they asked us to do, but they didn't respond.

Nice place in quiet neighborhood

The place was well kept and had all the kitchen gadgets you need for a comfortable stay. Plenty of room in the home. Big TVs that worked well. Excellent views from the front patio. Little bit of a challenge finding the third bedroom, but it’s a nice room. Would stay here again.
