We had a wonderful stay! The home was exactly as pictured online — clean, beautifully decorated, and well-stocked with all the necessities. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, yet conveniently close to restaurants, shopping, and just about 25 minutes from GCU where we were moving our daughter into college. Paula was an excellent host and very easy to communicate with. The only small note is that the bed pillows weren’t the best, but they were fine overall. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this home to others!

Guys Golf Trip

Great house for 6 guys on annual golf trip to Phoenix. We have stayed at numerous places over years, but this one was the best yet ! Very clean, all new, excellent location, and host was very responsive and easy to reach. Would definitely recommend….

Bridal Party Weekend

I rented this stunning home for my daughter and some of her bridal party (four couples) for her wedding weekend. The wedding was at the Desert Botanical Gardens, and this location was nearby, as well as close to Old Town. What a stunning home! From the outside the size of this house is deceiving. It is much larger than it appears. The floorpan is fantastic for a large group with a divided floor plan. The primary room and bath is on one side of the home, with the other three bedrooms and two baths on the other. The kitchen/living/dining rooms are open and have a great flow. The pool is gorgeous and backyard is very comfortable with a great layout and plenty of seating. Paula was great to communicate with and we were able to arrange to have additional guests for a pre-wedding dinner. The large kitchen with a giant island is perfect for entertaining. I would absolutely recommend this home for a desert getaway!

Perfect family home

I rented this home for my family coming into town. The house was extremely clean and spacious. Even more beautiful than pictured! The yard was stunning with plenty of sitting areas. Paula was great and very easy to communicate with. Overall my family had an amazing time and plan to rent this house again in the future!

10/10…Where do I begin?

Had an amazing time at the property! Great location and the home was perfect. Felt that it was even better in person than the photos-which is rare. SPOTLESS! The pool and patio was a great spot to spend the hot afternoons. The communication with Paula was great too! She was quick to respond when we locked ourselves out. Would definitely recommend and would certainly stay here again. Was the perfect spot for a friend meetup.

Amazing house and excellent location

Our family of eight recently stayed at the house, it’s a stunning new home with large bedrooms and four bathrooms, large kitchen and family room, just a perfect layout for a large group. The backyard was beautiful with a new pool, sitting areas, longe chairs, big table and a Fire pit that we used every night. The host, Paula, was so welcoming and was readily available anytime we needed anything. We would definitely recommend this property, we had a wonderful experience.

Simply one of the most beautiful, luxurious, well-appointed, and nicely situated vacation rental home I've seen. Everything we needed was provided. The home is gorgeous. Lovely home!

We had a wonderful stay! Paula is a wonderful host and the communication was terrific. This is a comfortable and roomy home with a fully equipped kitchen- more than you could ask for! Bedrooms and baths are brand new! House will be even better once the pool is built but we enjoyed the pool she gave us access to, up the road in the condos. Neighborhood is super quiet and SO convenient!! We were never more than 8-10 miles from great restaurants, shopping, hiking…you name it!

Spectacular new home!

Our family enjoyed our time in this extremely clean and beautiful new home. It is even better than pictured. The kitchen was spectacular, and we loved the huge island. The master bedroom, bathroom and shower were incredible. The neighborhood was quiet and safe for walking. The back yard is like an oasis, with several different sitting areas. I cannot imagine how spectacular it will be when the pool gets added. Paula was a great host and was always available to answer our questions.

The BEST house and best time!

My entire family - myself, husband, in laws and our sons who live in the area all enjoyed our stay in this super clean, brand new house. The big screen & the fireplace, to die for kitchen, giant bedrooms were outstanding. We felt like we were in a 5 star hotel but better. We always stay in Vrbo’s when in Scottsdale and this home knocked it out of the park. We ‘d never stayed in the Biltmore area before but loved how friendly it was, people walking and biking all over, and we were just a quick ride into Old Town Scottsdale (but we ended up eating nearby at Chelsea’s Kitchen). Paula is a great host to work with and made our trip very easy. We will be back!
