Very nice place, clean, well stocked and lots of space and lots to do... Would have been nice for a garage for our motorcycles, and there is a little highway traffic noise to get used to. Otherwise a fantastic spot..

The host was welcoming and everything was wonderful. The only reason for a 4 instead of a 5 is that my husband and I are older and there wasn't enough comfortable ADULT seating for us, given our larger group of 7. Having a second visiting area with a couple of comfortable sitting/lounging chairs in the main house would have helped.

Had a great time with some old college buddies in town for a golf trip. House was excellent and the host very accommodating. Heated pool was working by the time we showed up, hot tub was nice along with a putting green, outdoor kitchen, poker table and pool table. The house had all the necessary amenities and the some. A couple questions I did have while there were answered very quickly by the host. Price was reasonable for this time of year... Definitely recommend to anybody staying in the Phoenix area.

Some positives: The hot tub was good. The Kitchen and dining area were very good. Some negatives: the pool cover needed replacing. The patio chairs needed cleaning. There was no comfortable seating in the main house!

All good!!! Neighbors dog did NOT like having strangers. WE all love pets but this did get annoying. Woke up to barking as well as anytime we used the mini put.

This property was amazing. The pool and entire house were sparkling clean and well stocked for anything you might need during your visit. When we visited the highs were in the mid 80s & the lows were in the low 60s so we paid to have the pool heated since we didn’t know what to expect. We definitely could have saved our money because with the solar cover on the pool any additional heating wasunnecessary. In fact, we left the solar cover off two of the nights to cool the pool down a little. Even though the house is in a busy area, the backyard was completely private, which was very nice. There is some noise from the highway that is right there & planes fly overhead all day from Falcon Field so it was not completely quiet, but not loud enough to bother us at all and we spent the entire visit outside unless we were sleeping. If you have a kid who loves planes they will love this house because you get a view of small planes departing all day. I highly recommend this property & would definitely come back again.

Great location three minutes to 202 Loop. Lovely quite neighborhood with a park down the street. The house has a combination key pad for entry. It offers a Movie room with video machines of football and basketball, foosball table, big screen TV, poker table and games with a comfortable sectional couch. There are also triple bunk beds in this room. When you enter the front door there is a pool table. The backyard has a big swimming pool, separate jacuzzi, a built-in BBQ, a gas fire pit, and putting green. There is a huge dining table under the covered patio with a big screen TV. This house offers everything for entertainment. It has a huge dining room with a large kitchen. The master bedroom has a king bed and big screen TV. The master bath has a double wide shower with two sinks and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a king bed and big screen TV. The third bedroom has two twin beds and big screen TV. The fourth bedroom is the Movie Room with triple bunk beds. The second bathroom has a tub/shower. The house is very clean and has lots of towels, including pool towels. The house is even nicer than the photos. We stayed for a week and really enjoyed this home. The property manager always kept in touch, great service.

Location is very convenient to Sprouts, Fry's, Summit Park and other shopping. Great floor plan for 2 families. The game room is quiet and a fun place for kids to hang out and be able to leave their toys out. Spacious, well stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes, glasses, small alliances of all sorts, pots and pans. And they are not old, over used ones but well kept. Overall, very clean and thoughtfully stocked. AND for the few questions we had, we got a very quick responses from Paul. Thanks!

House was great. Pictures are accurate, house very clean and pool was wonderful. Management of the property were quick to reply and addressed a couple issues quickly. We had 8 staying and had plenty of room. Great location if you like to MTB. It does back up to the highway so if you are looking for silence you might think about that. Also, they do charge a daily rate for electricity during the summer if you stay a month, so factor that into your cost. Overall was a great stay and would stay again.

A fun family getaway

After looking around the Mesa area for a place that could accommodate our family of three adults and three kids, we came across the Ace in the Hole. And we were so glad we found it! It was perfect for our situation. The layout was excellent. We especially loved the heated pool which was so wonderfully warm, the hot tub, the pool table, the foosball table, and sitting outside watching movies in the evening around the fire pit. We would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Amazing! Fun for everyone

This property has it all! We ended up needing to change some plans (due to sickness) and stayed at the house all day and we had a blast! Swimming, games, golf and more we were never without something to do. Also the beds were were very comfortable and we all slept well.
