Our property manager Erin was awesome. He was very happy to come by and help us manage the pool temperature and water heater! He definitely deserves to be rewarded for taking such good care of us seven old ladies!

Beautiful! Would stay again!

There were three couples in our group and the two master suites were just perfect! The third couple had to use the small bathroom down the hall, but all the accommodations were beautiful! Left the pool and the cutting green!

Heated pool & hot tub!

We had an amazing stay at this property! The location is perfect, just 10 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale and close to many great restaurants, making it so convenient for exploring the area. The house itself is spacious and beautifully maintained. It was very clean upon arrival, and everything was well-organized. The kids absolutely loved the pool and hot tub – they spent hours enjoying both! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would definitely recommend it to others.

New Heated Pool - March 2025

We stayed at Property #3163275 in Scottsdale for 5 days in early March. The home is visually appealing with a great pool, nice putting green, modern appliances, and plenty of space.However, there were several management-related issues:•Unhelpful customer service managed by a corporate entity - Phone calls with roosters crowing in background and children yelling, emails and texts with conflicting info, etc...•Confusing entry instructions with finicky electronic front door and lockboxes. (There is an electronic front door that is a bit finicky to use and as backup the instructions provided an 8-digit code to retrieve a key in a realtor lockbox to use in the front door. However, there are 2 lockboxes by the front door, and both use a 4-digit code. Needless to say, we were unable to get inside.)•Misaligned doors cause noise - in the middle of the night especially.•Loose bathroom fixtures.•Cumbersome pool app and daily pool cleaning required.•Lack of comprehensive guidelines for household conveniences.* Check out by 10am is quite early if anyone in your party need's a separate airport trip - we asked for late checkout and were declined.Despite these inconveniences, the home provides all you need to enjoy your stay in Phoenix but we expected a higher end experience for what we paid :(.

Thanksgiving family trip

Had a wonderful stay at this property. The hosts were very easy to reach before and during our stay. They answered all questions and were very helpful. The property was clean, and equipped with everything you would need for a large group. The location was near old town and fashion square. The house was beautiful and comfortable. The backyard was great with the very clean pool and the fun putting green. I will definitely stay here again!

Newly remodeled. Great place to stay near Old Town Scottsdale. Manager is easy to communicate with and goes the extra mile to please guests. We will be back next year.

Great Property!

The house has almost everything you want for a relaxing stay! The house itself is nicely decorated and lots of room for hanging out. Communication with property manager was always quick and friendly. Outdoor patio is equipped with fans which is a really nice touch for those warmer nights. We did miss having a firepit, but outside of this, a really amazing stay, highly reccomend.

Would stay here again!

The house was exactly as shown and described. Suited our group of ladies well! Location was amazing, so close to everything. We did not have a car and used Ubers for transportation. Great communication with manager, was there to answer questions and help out with anything we needed!

Gorgeous outdoor space

We absolutely loved the outdoor space! The pool was amazing, the temperature and cleanliness were great, the water features were a nice touch. The hot tub temperature was perfect, and big enough for 4-6 people comfortably. The putting green provided lots of entertainment for the in laws when they came to visit. The outdoor grill/kitchen area was perfect for having a bbq and entertaining people. Loved the spacious kitchen and that it was stocked with all the things you needed to cook and entertain while staying here. The main master suite was huge with a comfy bed, a giant TV, a large bathroom with a beautiful shower/stand alone tub. Also like that there were floor to ceiling mirrors on the closet, was nice for all the girls to check their outfits. Also like that the master was the only bedroom on that side of the house and all the other bedrooms were grouped together. Only negatives were that there wasn’t a tv in all the bedrooms, and this was just personal preference not really a bad thing. And the only other thing is that the two twin beds in the one bedroom were not very comfortable, but all other beds in the house were great! It was in a convenient location in a nice neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a great vacation

Modern gem near Old Scottsdale

Tastefully renovated ranch home in quiet, well-kept neighborhood. Large, well-stocked kitchen, lots of indoor and outdoor living space. Pool and hot tub were great. Location is perfect- very central to most activities in the area.
