Good Stay

Good location in walking distance of several restaurants and bars! Quiet area, spacious living space. Clean space and beds were decently comfy! Had several things in the kitchen to use as well for cooking surprisingly! Would stay here again

Nice and Quiet

Great downtown location. We didnt get a chance to check out the area. We were in town for AZ bike week. But everytime we rode in or out of the area saw lots of cool places we want to see when in the area again.

Comfortable setting

This condo offered nice space, clean accommodations, three televisions, and a quiet location. It is very conveniently located - especially if you want to explore old Scottsdale and the environs. Will stay there again if I am back in the area.

Loud neighbor

Nice and clean standard apartment. Has most things you need for a few days. Close to old town but not in old town, which is good. Parking is inconvenient because you have to go around the building to the back. Parking on the street in front was ok. Not sure if women will feel comfortable alone. The next door neighbor came out every few hours to talk on his phone very loudly in front of my window. Very annoying. FYI- 2nd floor walk up.

The condo was fairly comfortable, but not as clean as I'd like and the toweks had a bad smell. The toilet paper dispenser in madtet bedroom was detached from the wall. It was a little noisy. Kitchen was nice and check in & out was easy. noisynoisy

Great location

Great to be within walking distance of old Scottsdale. Food, donuts, coffee, etc. all real close. No issues with parking in front of building or your own covered space in the back. I will hopefully stay there again sometime soon

The condo was nice, clean and in a great location. We were able to walk to downtown Scottsdale where there were a bunch of restaurants. The reason for three stars is the communication with the property manager through the app was horrible and disappointing. A few days before arrival I was sent the address and a parking spot number, but no condo number. Early on the day we checked in I messaged confirming if the parking spot number and condo number corresponded. I heard nothing for over 24 hours, which is ridiculous. After two days in the condo we ran out of toilet paper. There was no additional toilet paper and when I messaged the host they responded to my first message about the condo number and ignored my toilet paper question. I sent a follow up message and the response was my cleaning lady puts it under the cabinet. We ended up having to purchase our own, which when I’m staying somewhere and on the list of items it says it on there I expect there to be a stock of it and not have to purchase my own. I also messaged about checkout procedures as I never received anything ever.

Wasn’t clean - misleading listing

We stayed here last month for a work trip. I had requested early checkin but didn’t hear back from the host. Upon arrival, the place had a weird smell. I found hair throughout the bed which freaked me out, but it was even worse when I found animal poop in the living room! I immediately left and booked a hotel. I messaged the host and they didn’t respond till the next day and never remediated the issue or apologized. I had to go through VRBO to receive a refund.

Overall a good stay. Quiet area with easy parking. We did however arrive with a dishwasher full of dirty dishes and no soap to run it. We also had no garbage bags and dish soap to hand wash dishes.
