Stayed here previously, it used to be a great, clean and newly remodeled beautiful home with all the amenities. Sadly, this last trip was not as expected and we will not plan a future stay here.

Open space inside and out

Clean, open-space living, great for family and/or friends. Well equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, 3 BDRMs, 2 bath in a quiet residential area. Pool & spa(hot tub) and outdoor living space were terrific although we did have some issues: warm pool, cold tub; hot pool, empty tub. We had to pay extra to sort it out, but management was quick to respond. Outdoor furniture was "tired," but expect them to get that "sorted" as well. We had a great time and would happily return even with the "issues."

Nice Property

We flew in from Texas for the ASU spring fan fest and found this property to suit all our needs. It's open, clean and close to the airport. The outdoor space is very nice.

Graduation Vacation

Absolutely beautiful home! Pool was absolutely perfect. Our stay could not have been any better! Only recommendation would be to have better guidance on starting hot tub. Had two days that we were unable to use. Also would have been nice to have pool lighting as it was never turned on as requested.

40th Birthday Getaway

Home/backyard/pool look stunning in photos via VRBO search. Upon arrival at the home, we instantly noticed how filthy the back cement patio was. It seemed as if it hadn’t been sprayed down in multiple weeks. We planned to spend lots of time out there so we mopped the entire patio and sprayed it down with the hose so we could enjoy it. Additionally the brick wall along the pool with fireplace/waterfalls looked terrible. Lots of the white paint had chipped off and red brick was showing through. I contacted them right away about this because the wall was in the back of so many of our pictures. My husband jokes that all it would have taken was a can of spray paint to make it look nice - but nothing was done. The fountains didn’t work until our last day. We paid extra to have the pool and spa heated and after the first day the spa didn’t get heated at all. They said a tech would come out but they never did send anyone. We did get a small refund because we had paid extra to heat the pool/spa, but we didn’t feel it was proportionate. We had 3 kids that love a hot tub and could only use it on the first day. Additionally, the rugs inside were in bad shape - tons of stains. The cushions on the patio furniture were stained/ripped. We understand normal wear and tear on a rental home, but it didn’t seem like either of those had been replaced. Overall the stay was great but I feel it’s worth pointing out the flaws. We paid decent money for the home but the quality was subpar.

The overall ad listing states heated pool and spa then you have to read the fine print for additional charges. Requested that we would pay the additional charges then I was told the hot tub only goes to 76, which is not a hot tub then they stated that they would raise it higher and they never showed up to fix it or talk to us texted them several times property management communication was very poor.

Lovely remodeled home

This is a lovely remodeled home that was very clean and comfortable. The reason for a slight deduction in the location was that there really isn’t too much to walk to from the house (shopping, restaurants etc)- But things are conveniently accessible by car. The weather wasn’t too warm so we didn’t spend too much time in the backyard pool area. We would certainly consider returning to this home

Lovely home, great location

This house was lovely and a perfect place for my family to stay while we visited family in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area I--wish we could have stayed longer! Inside and out have great places to sit, relax, and enjoy family (or friend) time. I loved the kitchen and the accents in the home. The pool area was great and we spent a lot of time there. I would definitely return if I were to come back to the area!

Spacious and comfortable

We were very happy with our overall stay. The house is really beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The neighborhood is nice and safe despite our first concerns. The only downside was the fact that the pool heater wasn’t working even tho was the main highlight of the house on the ad page. It would’ve been nice to have the kids enjoy the pool.

Chic, Quiet, and Amazing Pool & Kitchen

I really enjoyed staying at this property. The home is absolutely beautiful. I needed a quiet home-like environment, with a pool. The property is near everything you need, but quiet. I think the pool was salt water, which was amazing. The kitchen was amazing for someone who loves to cook. Only downside was some of the LED lights in the pool were out, but I’m sure they’ll fix that. Also, they should put a digital lock from the garage to the hallway. Near to everything in both Scottsdale and Tempe, which is why the neighborhood is really getting an upgrade. It was only me, but could easily see a quiet, small family or group staying here - three full amazing bedrooms and bathrooms.

Beautiful home, great pool

Spent a week at this lovely home during early summer with temperatures upwards of 46 degrees ! Beautiful home, very well laid out with most of the things you would need for your stay. We did have to contact the management company a few times, once to ask for pool towels (there were only 3 in the house) and also for questions about the pool as they control it remotely. They were responsive and assisted with our issues in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this home to a family or group for a vacation.

Great stay at a great house

This house is beautiful and is as described. Sometimes photos are better than real life, but this house is as good as the photos. Clean, spacious, modern. Pool and backyard were awesome. The soothing sound of the fountain was so great we want to add one at our home. Neighborhood felt safe, shopping nearby. Will stay here again next time in the area.

Beautiful Property

House was beautiful, clean, modern..we loved the open concept, and all the stylish modern decor in the home.. The bathrooms were spacious and had all the linens we needed, as well as pool towels that were provided.. The backyard was perfect, and the pool was refreshing. We will definitely stay here again!
