Wonderful location adjacent to Old Town Scottdale, steps from the Western Spirit museum. Walkable to almost everything. Clean and comfortable with all we needed in a vacation homebase for 2 adult women. I recommend bringing a white noise machine, earplugs, & eye mask if you are a light sleeper, as there are nightime road noise, lights, and heavy tree nuts falling on the roof. We used rideshare but plenty of free parking is available if you have a car. We loved both restaurants across the street. Note they will not hold luggage for you, so if you have a late departing flight, you’ll have to find your own bag storage solution.

This was our second time staying here. Location is great, especially if you want to get by without a car. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Kitchen is okay - no oven / stove, just a plug in cook top which was fine. Kitchen sink was loose. What was annoying for us is that the water in the kitchen does not run cold, there was no ice tray, no water filter, no brita, no any way to have a cold glass of water, which is nice in such a hot climate. We asked for ice trays the first day and they came 48 hours later, the day before we left. Additionally, the fact that the AC doesn't turn down past 72 was not comfortable at night, dry heat or not. We were overly warm when we slept and it was uncomfortable. We were also curious about the safety of the bedrooms, both not having windows capable of opening, meaning the only way out of the bedrooms is through the doors and main entry. Not sure how that is fire safe? The odd things you think about as an adult / mother I suppose but it did give us pause for staying there again, as well as the delayed response time by management. But if you want a clean, comfortable place to stay within walking distance of old town, this checks the boxes.

I love love loveeeeee this property! tbh I was a little nervous when I booked because it only had 1 review, but I am so glad I followed through with this booking, it’s exactly as pictured and even nicer in person. Me and my mom were coming to Scottsdale from Texas for a surgery and needed a nice place we could call home for a week, the 2 bedroom unit was Perfect! The style of the home is beautiful. We really appreciated all the details to the decor and just the quality of the home itself. It gives such a cozy homey vibe while still giving that modern Scottsdale vibe. The giant double doors in the living room that open up to the yard area really made it feel spacious and the yard area was so nice and very well kept. The host was super nice and responsive, the unit was clean and well kept, the area is so cute and surprisingly very walkable, a great restaurant literally right across the street and a super cute café right around the corner and so much more in the area. I’m honestly impressed with this place and that’s rare, it’s like a beautiful hidden gem in the perfect area. Love it so much & will stay here every time I’m in Scottsdale.

Location was good.Could not adjust the a/c past 72.Floors felt dirty. Had issues with the code when we checked in.Bed was comfortable.They canceled my first booking due to billing issues on their end. That was super annoying.

Summer Staycation

Picked my lovely wife up at the airport and wisked her off to this place Friday and Saturday night. Enjoyed walking to all the bars and restaurants before returning home to Ahwatukee on Sunday after brunch. Love to visit and this is our favorite VRBO.
