Great Home, Beautiful Views – But Privacy Concerns
stayed at this Scottsdale property for three months and can confidently say the location is amazing, with breathtaking views and a backyard and pool area that truly feel like paradise. The home was well-equipped with everything you could need for a long stay, and the setup made living there comfortable and easy. It’s a wonderful space in a fantastic area.Unfortunately, the experience was impacted by the host’s behavior. Throughout my stay, there were multiple unscheduled visits from the owner, including unexpected appearances at the front door and in the backyard. On a few occasions, we noticed someone walking around the property, looking in windows, or sitting in a truck outside—raising real concerns about privacy. The owner also requested in-person meetings and seemed to rely on a neighbor to monitor activity and report back to him, which led to more intrusive communication.While the home itself is outstanding, the lack of privacy and repeated, unannounced visits ultimately made the stay uncomfortable. For that reason, I wouldn’t return—but if you're looking for a beautiful home and don’t mind close oversight from the host, it may still be a great option.
