This exceptional unit is in a very quiet area close to Old Town. The host responded very quickly to us when we needed anything. The amenities were more than adequate, and the kitchen was well equipped. Highly recommend this property.

A couple weeks in the desert

Very clean and nice place that is clean and has everything you need for your stay. The bed is super comfortable and the unit is close to the community pool. Also a short walk to the large park in Scottsdale for running or long walks. Perfect location. I would only recommend that the carpet in the main bedroom gets a good cleaning. The entrance (of mostly cream carpet) is almost black with dirt. I am sure it is just from guest wearing shoes in the place but it is a bit unsightly. I just used a bathmat to cover it during our stay. Thanks for sharing your place.

Great Spot

We had a really good stay. Felt very comfortable in the suite. Beds were great. Pool and hot-tub were clean and heated. Very nice courtyard and walking paths through complex. Close to canal pathway into Scottsdale and good central location to get around the valley.

Very Comfortable Property

This is an excellent house. It is well equipped. Everything is of the highest quality. The neighborhood is excellent, near Old Town and shopping. The management’s company, iTrip, was very responsive. We would stay there again.

Very Enjoyable Stay!

My husband and I absolutely loved this unit as well as the Sunrise Villa complex! The unit is clean, well stocked, and the bed is super comfortable! The location is nice and close to all Scottsdale has to offer. The complex is well maintained, the pools are heated and clean, and the residents are friendly. Highly recommend staying here in your next trip to AZ. We’ll definitely be back!

Great Condo Great Location

Rented this condo for a few days when we came for Waste Management Open. It was about 20 minutes to golf course and about 5-10 min to Scottsdale Fashion Square and Old Town Scottsdale. Excellent location! Condo is remodeled and very clean. Kitchen was well stocked - had everything we needed and more. Very easy for 2 couples to stay at and have their own space. Complex has several pools and a hot tub and is very quiet / peaceful. My only recommendation would be to put some rugs in the bathrooms. Would definitely rent here again or recommend to friends.

Wonderful House

Great location, close to Old Town and the canal path. Beautiful complex with multiple pools and lovely green spaces. House is well equipped, and everything is in perfect condition. Two nice outdoor spaces with excellent furnishings. Excellent wi-fi. Safeway right around the block. Bathrooms, kitchen, and all appliances like new. New washer and dryer in the garage. Small gas Weber grill for BBQ. Would rent again in a minute. Thank you for hosting us.

Nice place and very comfortable

We picked this location because it was in a nice part of town and was also close to the Indian Bend Wash as well as the Canal Path, and also very convenient to the Safeway and to a Trader Joe's. The house itself was nicely furnished, a good size, and a good layout. It was only two of us, but easily could have fit another couple without being on top of each other. The outside sitting area was really nice - we enjoyed sitting out there in the early morning and evening - although we couldn't get the outside back light to work so once the sun was fully set we went inside. The bed was comfortable, although I agree with someone else's comments that having a couple of rugs in the master bath in front of the sinks would have been nice. We would stay here again.

We were in AZ to visit our son From October 14-30. We were very pleased to see the property was just as described if not better. Kitchen was well equipped had everything we needed to make meals. Both indoor and outdoor was very well designed and comfortable. Enjoyed the front courtyard beautifully landscaped loved watching the hummingbirds.Very clean and ready for us when we arrived. Nice having a garage to park in.Pool area was a nice plus We used it quite a bit.Area was great for walking and near to a lot of stores,restaurants and old town.We would highly recommend this property and hope to use it again.
