The check in and check out were easy. The house was clean (the little bit of carpet in the house could use a cleaning) the kitchen was clean and VERY well stocked with plenty of dishes/cups/etc. We didn't ever feel like we were having to wash dishes because we ran out. Lots of towels for the bathrooms. The kitchen could use more towels and better paper towels. Loved the pool table, sport court and putting greens. The net for pickleball needs to be fixed, but we got it to work. Lots to do just at the house. For the less favorable. Quite a few maintenance issues that need to be addressed and fixed. Interior doors that the locks don't work. No screens in the windows. Some of the rooms had lightbulbs out. There is a leak in the basement bedroom that soaked one of our families bags. The floor in that bedroom is warped pretty bad. We put a bucket under the leak which seems to happen when the shower on the second floor is used. No garage door opener. The spa was difficult to manage so we rarely got to use it because it would shut off. The spa was high on our list of things we wanted so that was a bummer. I felt like I had to babysit the app or else we had to wait hours and hours for it to be warm enough to use. Since it doesn't have a cover it would return to air temperature quickly. When it worked we enjoyed it and it was clean. Lots of space for our big group. The beds were comfortable and clean. Good overall, needs some maintenance attention.
