House Rules
This is a no smoking/no vaping property.
While we love pets, to maintain an allergy-free environment pets are not allowed.
Per city of Scottsdale ordinances, this rental property is not to be used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. City of Scottsdale quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm-9 am. Rental Occupancy is 6 adults maximum plus their dependent children.
Pool/SPA heat can be scheduled for $150+ tax per day (must be scheduled at least 3 days before check in).
Pool and landscape vendors access the property regularly and have access to the backyard.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax, early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please reach out 1–2 days prior to check-in to inquire about pricing and availability.
Note. Street-facing security cameras are installed on the property perimeter and driveway entry.

Please Note: For your water fun our electric pool heating is available year-round, except during the summer months (June through September). If you'd like the pool heated, it's available for an additional $150 per day plus tax. A private spa-jacuzzi spills into the large pool and well-lit for desert evening dips.

*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If your stay is longer than a few days you will need to bring these items with you. Thank you!
