Everyone in your group is sure to find something fun in the backyard oasis! Splash away in the sparkling pool, (heating optional*) float on a giant flamingo while catching some rays, and start a friendly game of hoops in the pool. Relax in the hot tub while watching an amazing sunset. Light up the fire table on a cool night while laughing the night away. Put your putting skills to the test on the 2-tier putting greens, with solar lights so you can continue putting into the night. Catch a game on the TV at the Tiki Hut while someone plays bartender for the group! Plenty of outdoor seating and dining areas! Fire up the built-in grill and gather around the dining table outside so the entire group can come together after enjoying the backyard oasis!

The main level of the house has a comfy living room complete with reclining sofas, a dining area with seating for up to 10 people to eat at the same table, and all of which is open to the large kitchen which is fully stocked and waiting for your inner chef! Full coffee service provided for guests! Drip coffee maker & French Press for guests’ use as well as ground Starbucks coffee and various sweeteners.

Also in the main level you will find one bedroom with an adjustable Queen bed and a guest half bath. Lots of supplies provided for your guests throughout the house including quality bedding, smart TV’s in all bedrooms, extra pillows and blankets, fluffy towels, quality toilet paper, makeup towels, cotton balls, q-tips, tissues, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, basic cleaning supplies, and so much more. Our goal is to make your stay effortless and stress free!

Head upstairs to the huge second living room / game room! Full size billiards table, more comfy reclining couches and huge TV for watching your favorite movies or catching the game.
Also upstairs you’ll find 3 additional bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and the laundry room. The Primary Suite is the perfect retreat after a long day to relax and unwind. Huge en suite bathroom has a double marble vanity and a walk-in shower with dual shower heads. The king bed in the Primary Suite is an adjustable bed for your maximum comfort.
Across from the Primary Suite is two additional bedrooms; a queen room with adjustable bed and a bunk room with a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin pull-out trundle bed for flexible sleeping options.
Family-friendly extras include Pack N Play with bedding and various kids books.

Guests have full access to the 2-car garage for parking, as well as the driveway (parks 2 vehicles,) and there is plenty of open parking on the street as well.
This is NOT a pet-friendly property so guests with allergies can rest easy knowing the property is free from pet dander.

*Pool Heat* The pool can be heated during a stay for an additional fee of $75 per day. That cost just covers the extra utilities needed to heat the large body of water. There needs to be a 2-day minimum for the pool heat, and all days need to be consecutive. The pool is then heated to a max of 88°. Payment is collected after the booking is secured.

The Fine Print:

*Pool Heat: The pool can be heated for an additional daily charge, with a 3-day minimum of consecutive days for the pool heating. Rates: $100 per day in January & February. $75 per day for all other months. This fee just covers the extra utilities needed to heat the large body of water. Heating the pool water is generally needed between October and April to provide comfortable swimming temperatures. Pool heat needs to be requested at least 3-days prior to arrival and is then heated between 82-88 degrees. Hot tub heating is always included with each stay, regardless of heating the pool or not.

By booking this property, guests affirm that they have read and agree to all terms & policies listed in the Rental Agreement

Check-in & check-out is contactless by door code provided prior to check-in. Guest Handbook provided at the house to ensure guests have all pertinent info.

No Check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve or Christmas Day to allow all staff to be with their families. Thank you for your understanding.

Minimum age to rent this house is 25. At least one person over the age of 25 must be staying at the house for the duration of the reservation.

No early bag drops prior to your check in time.

Early Check-In Policy:
No unauthorized early check-ins. If you would like a guaranteed early check-in, please book the extra night prior to your arrival. Otherwise, early check-in’s can be requested and are considered on a case-by-case basis. Fees may apply. Contact your host for more details.

Late Check-Out Policy:
Unauthorized late check outs will be charged at a rate of $100 per hour.

The home’s mailbox is not accessible to guests. Please do not mail packages here through the US postal service.

Your cleaning fee covers up to 5 hours of professional cleaning services after a check-out. Extra fees will apply if the cleaning takes longer than 5-hours.

No smoking, vaping or illegal drugs of any kind allowed on the premises, inside OR OUTSIDE. Penalty fines will be assessed for violations.

Please note that this property is in the desert, which by default comes with its own local critters and dust. We go to great lengths to clean the outdoor spaces and to treat the property to prevent little critters from bothering guests, but we cannot control nature nor the local wildlife 100% of the time. Thank you for your understanding.
