The backyard is amazing and fun. The pool is truly relaxing. Would have been a 5 star except the pool is not consistently heated and neither is the hot tub. You have to message the host to heat every time and it’s pool or hot tub. Can’t heat them or maintain heat in them at the same time. There was a lot of back and forth to heat them and some delays in getting them heated when requested.The home is in need of a bit of maintenance, a few things needing repair but nothing that affected our inside experience.

Overall, my friends and I had a great stay and really enjoyed our time at the property. The house itself was beautiful, spacious, and well-decorated—perfect for our group getawayThat said, there were a few drawbacks worth mentioning. The ice maker had visible mold buildup and needed cleaning. We also didn’t realize in advance that the pool heating wasn’t automatic and required a separate request. Additionally, the host was unresponsive the one night we reached out, which was a bit disappointing. Also, only one of the pool lights was working, which took away from the ambiance at nightThe property also comes with an extensive list of rules and detailed cleaning expectations for guests. While we understand taking care of a rental, it felt excessive—especially considering it’s a vacation and the price point of the stay.Despite these issues, we had a wonderful time overall. We’d consider staying here again if some of these concerns were addressed.

Not as advertised

There were several issues with the property that we communicated with the owner/manager. The most problematic was the temperature of the water which we paid extra to have heated each day and was not warmed the first day and again was cold the third day. Also, the dishwasher was not working so we had to wash dishes for 9 people every meal as we ate all our meals there. We were told a contractor would contact us but never heard back from anyone. We were notified that the stair railing was loose about 2 hours before our arrival. We had small children who needed to use the rail for safety as they navigated the stairs. The outdoor area was not cleaned before we arrived as we had to pick up cigarette butts in the front and backyard area. The sink in the outdoor kitchen had blockage and had stagnant water in it. Just too many things wrong to be a superhost. We enjoyed our time with family but the house did not live up to its advertised amenities.

Good stay, but there was some issues!

I overall had a great stay with friends at this property but there were some issues from day one. The property manager told me that the staircase railing was broken before we got there which was nice, as I know things happen and not everything can be 100% when renting out a place. However, the stairs were VERY steep so not being able to trust the railing was a little scary. It was a beautiful property, but many issues. The neon sign that was a big sell for the property for me as I was going to take pictures with my friends on our little getaway never turned on and was broken. The bar sign lights didn’t light up, the living room fan didn’t work, there was no booklet of what I would need to do cleaning wise as well as how to work any of the light switches, how to turn on the fireplace, or how to use the waterfall. The property manager did help with the waterfall and fireplace, but the rest he said that he was there two weeks ago and worked and wouldn’t be able to do anything. The biggest issue for me was that the back door wouldn’t lock and was broken and wouldn’t work at all and I was having a get together with a few of my friends and the first night we couldn’t feel safe at all. The next night I went to my own home to grab a stick to use to block the door from opening, but the property manager when I told him this said that the side gate was locked and that I would be fine, but people can jump side gates which was scary. Overall, a nice stay but I hope things get fixed :(

Definitely worth it!!

Very beautiful home for a nice relaxing getaway. Host was very responsive. Everything was very convenient and house had many activities to keep entertained.
