Private Home With Beautiful Relaxing Views

Custom built Mid Century Modern Home in Frank Lloyd Wright style on a large lot that had previously been horse property. Spacious open floor plan, fully stocked kitchen, and skylights throughout the house. Guests use main part of the house which includes master bedroom with king bed and large smart TV. Second bedroom has queen bed. Each bedroom has a private exit. Outdoor area includes ramada with BBQ, breakfast area, and cushioned outdoor furniture.

This property sleeps 4 guests ( 2 beds in 2 bedrooms total)
The rental premises situated on one acre of land and is part of the large house. The house is divided in two private quarters with separate entrances. Host is living on one side of the house and the rental premises located on the opposite side of the house.

Special feature - parking spot (parking only!) for RV/motorhome ( $ 25 per day).

Guest access
Two Bedrooms, full kitchen with dining area (Keurig coffee maker). Full washer and dryer room, BBQ area with patio furniture, big size garage. All accesses are private.

Other things to note
No smoking inside the house, but permitted on the patio.
An additional $500 cleaning fee will be charged if we find smoke odor after your checkout.

Any items left behind can be sent back for a handling fee $25 plus the cost of shipping. Remember this IS a HOME not a hotel. Please treat this home and our neighbors with respect. Your host lives next door. If you need anything please just ask. Thank you!
