Best Vacation Rental Ever!

From the start, in booking and making arrangements, Theresa was helpful and accommodating and all through our stay. The property well exceeded our expectations, clean and beautiful. Great location, quiet neighborhood

We stayed in this beautifully furnished townhouse for the month of March. The unit had everything we needed and more. Theresa and her husband were easy to work with and generously left us a gift card for pizza and a lovely bottle of wine. A very nice touch.

Great place to stay!

A cozy quiet neighborhood tucked away near Frys, Walgreens, restaurants, gas stations. Teresa left us treats as a welcome & also lots of supplies. She was always prompt in answering our questions. The upstairs bedroom & bath was cute & provided a little distance when our daughter visited for a couple of days. We spent a lot of time on the little patio reading & watching golfers. Had a wonderful time!

Comfortable property

Great quiet location for us as we are building a new home nearby. Very comfortable townhome within a gated community. Theresa is more than responsive and easy to reach if there are any concerns. She even had a snack and wine available for us upon our late arrival.

Quiet neighborhood, close to everything we needed

We loved staying here! Check in was very easy and Theresa was available and responsive when we needed help with the washing machine. Everything was sparkling clean and looked exactly like the photos. The house had everything we needed (kitchen items, bedding, linens, etc.), and the AC worked wonderfully which is essential in AZ. The neighborhood was quiet and the house backs to a golf course which is so beautiful. Staying here was a very pleasant experience and we will absolutely be back!

Comforts of Home With Amazing Hosts

The Townhome was clean and comfortable, it felt like being at home. The Alta Mesa neighborhood felt safe and there are lots of places to go for a walk. The kitchen was very well stocked and the layout made cooking meals easy. The living room felt like home, the sofa was comfortable and it was nice to relax in the evenings and watch Netflix. The king size bed was comfortable and we loved the bed sheets. The master bedroom was over-sized with double closets giving lots of storage space and space to move around. The upgraded ensuite was a delight with a large shower and instant hot water. It was a pleasure doing laundry as the laundry room was self-contained i.e. it was not a walk through going into the garage. Theresa and Randy were outstanding hosts. We arrived on New Year's Eve and they left us a gift card for pizza, snacks, champagne, and noise makers to bring in the New Year. The fridge was filled with unopened items for a few hearty breakfasts and lunches. They really did go above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. I will definitely recommend their awesome townhome to any friends looking to stay in the area.

Hello Mesa!

After a very long complicated drive from very far away we were so happy to unpack and get settled in Alta Mesa Arizona. Our arrival was met with a lovely bottle of wine and a gift basket. The chocolate and candles did not go unnoticed either! The location and proximity to so many wonderful places was convenient and interesting. The pristine neighbourhood was great—-the many people (and friendly dogs) we met with our own very timid pup were all so friendly we couldn’t feel more safe. The few things that required attention from our hosts were answered as well as addressed promptly. We’re heading home to much colder climate and all that we love however our time here at this lovely townhome was great.

Great Place to Stay

This place was wonderful! Our very favorite vrbo! The place was so immaculate. It felt so homey. They had everything we needs in kitchen supplies from crock pot to casseroles and included 2 sets of dishes. The location was close to everything. The host and her husband did everything to make sure our stay was a great one! There were even welcoming gifts when we arrived. They even came over to help me hook up my work printer when I couldn’t figure it out. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone! We would have stayed longer if it had been available. Beautiful home with a great location and patio chairs facing the golf course. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us and making us feel like true friends! We will be back!

Beautiful and Comfortable Arizona Property

This property, hosted by Theresa, was perhaps the best vacation rental we've ever utilized. We needed a 60 day rental while we completed a remodel project in our own home. It was clean, comfortable, and well appointed so that we needed only to provide a few personal items. Theresa and Randy were friendly, accommodating, and responded to questions or concerns immediately and effectively. We had only one occasion to utilize the heated pool and spa, but they were close to the unit, clean, and comfortable. This northeast Mesa location is close to a major grocery store (Fry's), Target, Kohl's and Walmart, and multiple fast food and eat in/take out restaurants. If you're looking for a long-term rental in the Valley of the Sun, do not miss checking into this gated and secure property that also includes garage parking. I guarantee, you will not be disappointed.

Great Experience

The home was furnished with everything you could possibly need. Special touches such as instant hot water , a great shower, comfortable furniture and a very nice patio to mention just a few things that we really enjoyed. Location to great restaurants, pickleball, golf and hiking. We also received a welcome package that was awesome.

Beautiful home

My stay was wonderful. The neighborhood was safe and well kept, and the home was perfect. They were very accommodating for my pup and I, and even left little care packages. Overall was a wonderful stay!
