Upon arrival the internet did not work. Had multiple calls with the property manager who indicated it was because the bill had not been paid. We had no TV service, no wifi, no internet access for the first 2 days of the stay because the bill was unpaid and service was cut off. We found live cockroaches in the garage. Required pest services to attend the property. The Hot tub would trip the electrical breaker. When we notified the Property manager, they had to send service twice as they failed to identify the issue correctly the first visit. This resulted in another 2 days of no access to the hot tub. As a result we did not get to use the amenties as paid for and outlined in the rental agreement for several days. Fridge icemaker was also broken, required replacement by a service repair person. Overall property has not been maintained well. Property manager offered nothing more than to say thanks for our patience. The response from the property manager seemed to suggest this was normal for the property and that we should not expect to have full use of the amenties as per the agreement. They did not offer anything else in response to the poor experience.

Zero Complaints

If I could have given 6 stars I would. Communications with the owners before we ever arrived was seamless and prompt. If I had a question, they quickly responded withan answer. Check in was equally as easy and quick. As soon as we walked in, the home had exceeded our excitations. It provided a great home atmosphere for our distand familt to meet for our daughters college graduation. Everyone slept well and we had everything we needed. As the Father of the graduate, I had a lot of responsibilities. As I was starting to get overwhelmed, I hot the opportunity to step away to the theater room and catch an old Oklahome State football game on YouTube. It was just what I needed. Again, I would give it 6 stars if I could.

First family vacation with grandkids

Very satisfied overall. Great space. Clean. Refrigerator ice make stopped working and manager was quick to supply bags of ice. Outside chimney that is pictured is not functional. We had 7 adults and 2 one year olds so starting supplies (trash bags, paper towels, kleenex) could have been a little more for larger group. Definitely a wonderful experience. Close to restaurants and shopping. Easy to get to other locations in Scottsdale and Phoenix. Would stay here again.

Comfortable, functional, and fun

The house was slightly older than we anticipated, but it was spacious and comfortable. We found it quite clean except for dead flowers in a vase and some crumbled paper luggage tags on the primary bedroom closet shelf. Not a big deal. The pool was smaller than it looked online, but that worked out great because it stayed warm even though we did not pay to heat it. We also loved that so many beach towels and lounge chairs were provided. We spent most of our time in the backyard and really enjoyed it. The outdoor television was perfect for watching March Madness from the pool. We did wish the house came with some sort of instruction manual for the pool waterfall, coffeemaker, thermostat, check-out procedures, etc. However, if we had cared enough, we could have called the property management company. They always had someone available to answer questions. The starter supply of cleaning supplies, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, and paper towels could have been more robust. Otherwise, the kitchen was well-stocked for our purposes. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We had to drive at least 15 to 20 minutes to reach most of what we wanted to do in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area, but we knew that going in. Overall, we would recommend this house for a family. It's comfortable, functional, and fun. We had a group of seven, and there was plenty of room. We also appreciated the three bathrooms, excellent wifi, large kitchen, and multiple televisions.

Great Family Home in Scottsdale

The Home at everything we needed for a great family reunion trip. The on-site staff was very helpful and responsive. My grandkids loved the game room, movie room and pool. We have an unexpectedly warm February visit and the pool heat added just enough to make the temperature enjoyable for all. We were happy to have the security of the pool fence, which kept the littles away from the pool when we needed to. The beds were very comfy and the bunk bed room was a winner for the grandkids. There was so much to do nearby, and the restaurant choices were amazing. The outdoor grill made a great burger night option too. We hope to stay again.

Spacious and comfortable

We stayed for Thanksgiving week. The house easily accommodated our four adult couples and two infants. We enjoyed the jacuzzi, game room and used the kitchen extensively during the week, which was well stocked with pots, pans and utensils except needed a 9x13 inch baking pan.Very comfortable, we would stay there again. Management was very responsive when we requested two pack-n-plays and one high chair for the infants.

Porter property in Scottsdale arizona

Plenty love for all of us. Outdoor space was nice, although lawn chairs could use new covers that aren’t ripped. Description should be updated to include pool and hot tub are only heated if an additional fee is paid daily. It is a fairly large fee I would rent it again.

Great house in great location

It is a great house with plenty of amenities, beds, and wonderful outdoor space. The property was close to our main destination of Grayhawk Golf Course for an event and close to many other attractions, shopping, and restaurants. I would recommend the house to anyone.

Summer Vacation

The house is beautiful!! The pool is fabulous!! Just a couple inconveniences when we arrived, we did not have internet service for the first 4 days of our stay. So that meant no tv or movies in the theater room. Also, the wall outlets did not always fully charge our phones and the master shower was too cold for the kids to sower in. Then, the day we leave the company accuses me of doing something to the dining room table?? Really!! Maybe your beautiful house could use a little TLC to stay in pristine condition.

Good week

The house itself was perfect! The house looked exactly as posted on the website. All the rooms are very spacious and the media and game rooms were enjoyed by everyone. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The outside area space was perfect for our family of seven..Overall the trip was amazing and I would definitely stay here again. The only issues we had was with the property management answering service. On our arrival (Saturday) the waterfall and pool lights were not on.I called and Someone came out on Monday for the waterfall. I was left a message that the lights were on by remote access and they should come on at 7om. They never did. After that my calls and emails were not returned. I searched through the VRBO listing and found a number to someone different (possibly the owner?) and he was able to turn on immediately. So we went three full nights without being able to swim in the pool in the evening. We had small children so we wouldn’t get in without lights. That was our only negative experience of the trip.

Multi-generational

Our family of 12 filled this house but it never felt crowded as there is plenty of room to spread out. Bedrooms and bathrooms are large, there is ample seating indoors and out. It was great for 4 generations to be together to celebrate a Doctoral graduation. The location is good, with easy access to shopping. Getting around the area was also easy - it took us about 30 minutes max to get wherever we needed to be. The pool was wonderful and enjoyed by all. There was no need for the water to be heated at this time of the year - the weather was hot enough to maintain comfortable water temps. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of daily use items that were supplied. This is a property I can recommend without hesitation!

Needed a nice big house for our big family. It checked the boxes. Could be a little cleaner. Floor was dirty and there was some weird spots on the ceiling in the kitchen. Also torn outdoor cushion and they were dingy. Overall decent enough place.
