The home was beautiful. And the amenities were excellent. Stayed for my annual golf trip and I would stay again if I get back to Phoenix. Location was good and the house fulfilled our needs.

I will mention that this is one that is lived in, but you wouldn’t know it until you open a closet. It is pristine. Great set up. mini pool table and soft darts, comfortable living furniture, uppper and lower outdoors areas with the pool and putting area. Lots of appliances. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms well stocked. Highly recommend if you have activities that side of Phoenix. Pretty to close to GCU as well where we caught a basketball game. Super easy check in.

Had a great stay overall. Kept our kids busy the entire time! Wish the pool was heated but everything worked out great! Dion thought of everything on this rental - all the bells and whistles. Not detail of entertainment was missed! Kudos to the Fireplace and those frisky fish! Kept my kids entertained through out!

Amazing Stay!There were so many great things to love about this house — from the beautiful pool and fun pool table to the spacious living area and the awesome gym in the garage. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing, and the kitchen had nearly every appliance imaginable (even a dehydrator!). The only small improvement we could suggest would be a bit more closet space, but that’s a minor detail compared to everything else this home offers. Overall, we had a wonderful time and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you for having us!

Loved how many different cooking items were on site. Many with cooking manual with them.Really loved the flow of the house. The owners took time to think what vacationers would like. Lots of games inside and outside for all ages.One thing I would recommend is having a washcloth and hand towels for the kitchen. Also, maybe different towels for the pool area. We didn't want to take the good bath towels outside.Thank you for the use of the house.

Weekend Getaway & concert

Check in was easy and love that allowed to checkin at 12pm. The kitchen is so nice, everything you could possibly need and more. Newer appliances were wonderful! Ice maker was a huge plus! Easy to find what we needed to cool and to bbq. Loved it. House is really nice! Beds super comfy and clean! Pool was amazing and cool for this time of year! I have no complaints! There were only four adults, 2 couples so we had plenty of privacy and bathroom space. The bathroom with deep tub was so beautiful! Love how the property has ample lighting outside and majority of lights came on by themselves at dark. We played some of the games in the cabinet! Such a great time. Thank you so much!

We were here for a concert so the location in proximity to the Stadium was great as well as Tanger Outlet. The house was great, overall enjoyed our time there. Loved the ease of check out and not having to strip bedding, do our own towels, dishes etc like in most other VRBOs we’ve stayed in. The noon check in was a huge plus as well.

Spring training

This property was very well kept. For the price it was surprisingly more than I anticipated. It had everything we needed. Top of the line appliances, very clean pool, and a nice yard. If you plan to BBQ, bring your propane tank. I would definitely recommend.
