Casa de 2 dormitorios y un baño en Del Webb Retirement Community (55+), totalmente amueblado, cocina completa, baño, bañera y ducha, sala de Arizona, patio con parrilla de gas, lavadora / secadora, internet, televisión inteligente, Netflix. Zona residencial tranquila, cerca de tiendas, centros recreativos recientemente renovados, campos de golf, piscinas, pickle ball, canchas de tenis, centro de entrenamiento.
Esta es una casa familiar, bien cuidada. Renovado recientemente. Vivimos medio tiempo aquí y medio tiempo en Hawai y damos la bienvenida a viajeros amigables.

Great experience! Highly recommended!

This was the first time I've used VRBO to rent a house. Our experience has set the bar very high for any future houses we rent. The house was clean and fully stocked with any cooking utensils we would need. The bedroom was roomy, the location was quiet. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a quiet casita.

Great smaller house in Sun City

Enjoyed our stay. Kitchen had everything we needed. Comfortable bed. Quiet location. Needed a car to get around area and having the garage was great. Washer and dryer access was very helpful. Would definitely return.

This home was close to my parents home, so it worked very well while we cleaned & organized their home for an estate sale & home sale. It’s a little dated but comfortable & easy to get to groceries/golf courses.

Our Az stay

This is a well equipped home in a lovely quiet neighborhood. The home is perfect for two people, as the second bedroom has no usable closet space , there is access to a portable hanging rack.. There is a washer dryer area in garage. Get the waiver from John or Pam and you can purchase your community card that is required to use the pools both indoor and outdoors along with mini golf and other activities. Plan well ahead to enroll in classes for everything from music to silver smithing! The house manager was pleasant and responsive when called upon. Master bedroom very comfy with big closet. No dishwasher and the vintage furniture in living room although newly recovered is uncomfortable. We did love watching the rabbits and the quail in the back yard . The office area is situated off the kitchen so you can work, close the slider door and not disturb the rest of household very nice! I would stay here with no hesitation again. The property is within 6 miles of almost everything you need, grocery stores, casinos sportcomplexs etc

Perfect Rental

Everything in the listing including the pictures was what we found once we made it to the home. Easy to find and shopping and restaurants were close by. Any questions asked of the owners was quickly answered. We even took advantage of the amenities offered by the Sun City community.

I enjoyed everything about my stay here. Well equipped, secure, homey place with nice spaces to relax inside and out. Manager and owner were responsive and helpful. I plan to stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay especially the rec centers.

When Sun City changed their policy on how guests can purchase a recreation pass, John was quick to provide us with the Affidavit required. This allowed us to experience the +55 community as we had hoped. The quantity, quality and upkeep on these rec centers was far beyond what we expected.

House is a little dated, but it is very comfortable. We enjoyed our 3 months in Sun City. John and Pamela were excellent hosts and made sure everything was good when we checked in.

Sun City vrbo

John and Pamela have a nice home that they rent as a Vrbo. This home is a small but comfortable home in a great location in Sun City 55 and older community. It is located very close to shopping and local attractions. It also has great access to the 101 freeway that will get you from one side of Phoenix to the other fairly quickly. Working with John and Pamela was great, they answered any question very quickly and professionally. Overall we had a very nice stay at their vrbo rental. Would rent again if i needed a place to stay in Sun City.

Home Away From Home

This wonderful home had all the amenities that I was seeking: two large beds (no sofa bed for me!), washer & dryer, full kitchen--in a safe, quiet neighborhood. We were close to the baseball sports complex that my young adult son needed access to. Many markets are located close by, and freeway access is near, too. The owners and property manager were amazingly warm and welcoming, reflecting the comforts this home provided. If ever I return to the Phoenix area, I would definitely consider this property again!
