This home worked out perfectly for us.It is a very nice, quite residential Neighborhood. Great for walking the dog or just an evening stroll. This central location was close to many good restaurants, and an easy drive to many beautiful hikes. The house was well appointed and clean. The pool table was a nice amenity. We would stay here again.

The furniture and beds felt very low quality. The fact that there was barley anything in the house was not even salt or pepper was unfortunate. The TV's were not logged in to any services so anything that we wanted to watch we had to log into our own accounts to view anything.

House was nice and roomie, we had good communication with vrbo through their app. We were really bummed the pool didn’t heat up over Thanksgiving week. The pool can’t be heated during the winter months when because they think a heat pump heats the water when in fact heat pumps are used to cool the pool water in the hot summer months. The heat pump takes the heat out of the water and returns it to the pool cold. It cannot heat cold water in the winter months. The house has bedrooms for 12 except the living room can only seat 5, that’s not thinking things thru!!Owners need to invest in a large pit section W/ charging units for the cost.

I’m so beyond thankful, that this beautiful property was available to us! Our group was in The Woodlands for a nationals event that was cancelled due to hurricane Beryl. After successfully getting everyone…we wanted to give our dancers and parents a nice evening out. We started our evening with a gala event at The Hotel Valley Ho. They were impeccable and created a benign for our dancers and families. We then moved on to this beautiful property. With some dancers and 2 of my staff.

Disappointed

We were disappointed in the lack of cleanliness. We would have been happy to clean up after ourselves however there were NO cleaning products and vacuum did not work. Carpet in bedrooms was extremely disgusting. We booked a large group for EIGHT days and were given 1.5 rolls of paper towels. We also did not have enough toilet paper for the occupancy for time rented. Zero facial tissue paper. One bathroom had a large amount of Red mold on curtain. I have a 3 year old and was stressed the entire time about his safety given that there was NO pool security. 2 door alarms were all broken and no fence present. Second for security there were no working lights on front of house. Overall house was run down.

Perfect house for a group

We recently stayed here while we went to a jewelry designers’ retreat - we had 4 women in the house and all had our own space and wonderful group spaces. The kitchen is well stocked when it comes to equipment - we at breakfast there each day. The pool is very clean and inviting - enjoyed sitting out on the patio in the morning with the pool sipping our coffee. Some coffee was provided (normal coffee pot), but if you are a big coffee drinker, might want to pick up some ground coffee. Great location too near many shopping areas and restaurants. Highly recommend!!

Good for Large Parties of Guests

Huge space in clean, safe, suburban neighborhood. Plenty of parking space. Pool table, games, outside putting green, swimming pool. Seems to be geared toward larger number of guests for partying rather than small family gathering (like us), as there were a ton of wine glasses and other glasses, but no condiments, oils, or seasonings for cooking, which was a big surprise for a STR with a big kitchen. Also, no dish towels or dish drying rack. And no boxes of tissues, which are a stock item in every STR and even cheap motels I’ve stayed in. They also “suggested, but didn’t require” that we launder all the used towels before we leave. While I did partially comply by putting all of them in the washer, I did not do the wash, because we were in a hurry to get on the road with an early check-out. This seems like an over-the-top request for having paid a pretty hefty cleaning fee. The good thing here is that there is a washer and dryer should you have the need. Overall pretty clean, except for one disturbing find of underwear left behind by previous guest and one small stain on a comforter. Communications were responsive, but I would think twice before renting a VRBO with a 3rd-party management company again. Payment up front was complicated and quite confusing at times, although they were very responsive when I asked for clarification. Also, because some emails came from VRBO and some from the management company, it was difficult to find the email instructions for entry.

Property was great and exactly met our needs. It was cooler in AZ this week so we did not enjoy the exterior of the property as much as we liked. We will stay here again.

Disappointing

This property did not deliver on everything that was promised in the listing. For example, there are not TVs in every room and there is no work desk (we were looking forward to this as 1 member of our group was working from the house) I think this property would be better for a short stay where you do not spend much time at the home vs. a long stay where you are there a lot, cooking a lot etc. It was a nice, fairly quiet neighborhood. It was easy to walk around and it was a very close drive to a ton of shopping, dining etc. The whole house needed a deep clean. A number of items were obviously broken ie. the sliding screen door rails were so dirty that the screen door fell off/couldn't be rolled, a shelf in one of the closets was broken and dangling. We let the rental company know about these issues and they did promptly send someone to fix these, however they were all very obvious issues that should have been addressed before our stay. The house was also missing some basic items. This was promptly rectified once the property management team was alerted. We rented a highchair and it arrived unassembled and needed a screwdriver to assemble (there is no screwdriver in the house). Of the 5 bedrooms, 2 of the rooms had beds that were comfortable. 3 of the bedrooms had very worn or poor quality mattresses and bed frames. One bed was so squeaky and did not fit the bed frame. In another room, the mattress sagged in one corner and did not fit the bed frame. In another room, the legs of the bed frame were broken and propped up on some wood as a makeshift solution. The dryer broke during our stay. They sent someone out 3 times over the course of 2 days and it was not able to be fixed so we were unable to do laundry for the end of our stay. There was a lot of back and forth about the pool heat leading up to our stay and during. I wish all the information about the pool heat was presented when we initially inquired about it.

Girl’s Trip

We enjoyed the house! It was perfect for our girls trip! Plenty of room for 6. We loved the backyard and laying by the pool. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed running/walking in it while we were there. The house location was great as well! It was a great place to get away for a few days!

A really nice house

This house is large and very nice. We found it cleaned and made up well, but with several minor maintenance issues. One bedroom had two beds that both had broken legs on the headboards, but were still pretty much sleepable.

Great location, bad sleep experience.

Property is a great location and floor plan is nice. Challenge is they fail in the mattress (sleeping experience). Many of the beds you could feel the springs. Kind of surprised the owners wouldn’t buy some mattress toppers or new mattresses online. We woke up sore from them. For that reason I can’t say we would book this property again.

Great Property in Quiet Neighborhood

We absolutely loved our stay in Scottsdale! This property was incredibly clean, the property manager was super quick to respond and overall it was a great stay. We loved the location too - being a quick ride from Kierland Commons and Scottdale Quarter. Not to mention everywhere we wanted to go was an easy 15 minute drive. Our only complaint was that while we requested the pool to be heated, it was still too cold to swim. Otherwise, I have nothing but great things to say about this property and would absolutely stay again!

House was great

The pictures don’t do the house justice, it’s very spacious and was great for our group of couples. The pool is nice and it was great because other groups had left floaties that we could use! Just a heads up - The outdoor does have a camera which I didn’t see in the listing (I think they’re legally supposed to tell you).

Good spot

We had a great time at this place. Lots of activities available for enjoyment. Our group of guys had a good time. Only issue was that the 5th, converted, bedroom was very hot on arrival and never got to a comfortable temperature for sleeping. Would be helpful if Goodnight stays kept that in mind when hosting guests in the summer months. Our saving grace was that my friend had the same AC unit at his home purely by chance. That being said, we were able to get in contact with Goodnight stays regarding the issue.
