The Space
Our spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests and is thoughtfully designed for families, friends, and groups traveling together. Babies are also welcome—we provide a crib to help make traveling with little ones easier and more comfortable.

The home features multiple gathering spaces, including two separate living rooms. The second living room can easily transform into an entertainment space or private bar area—perfect for game nights, watching sports, enjoying cocktails, or relaxing together after a day of Scottsdale adventures.

House Rules
To ensure every guest enjoys a comfortable stay and our neighbors are respected:
Registered guests only. Overnight visitors not included on the reservation require prior approval and are subject to a fee per person, per night fee.
No parties or events.
No loud gatherings.
Small gatherings are allowed ONLY with prior host approval (extra guest fees may apply).
Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM - 8 AM.
No pets.
No smoking or vaping inside the home.
No damaging furniture
NO GLASS near the pool — violations may result in fines up to $1,500.

Any broken or damaged furniture must be replaced at full cost.

Pool Rules
Only pool towels are allowed outside. These can be found in the basket beside the wicker seating area, as well as the hallway closet.

Absolutely NO glass by the pool. If glass is found, a $1,500 safety fee will be applied for guest protection and cleanup.
