We loved the location of the house. We loved the private back yard oasis The best part of the back yard was the orange tree which was in full bloom and smelled fragrant all the time. We were in the Phoenix area for the Cactus League spring training and the location of the house allowed us access to three different ballparks.

Family spring break

The house is very nice and clean and provided good space for my family. The location was convenient and we really liked the outdoor space. However, the road noise was almost unbearable. We did have a JBL speaker which helped mask the noise some. And the traffic seemed to lighten on the weekend. Other than that we were very pleased. My only other suggestion is for the property manager to share check-in information earlier. I had requested several times and didn’t get it until the day of arrival-which is a little nerve wracking when traveling from far away.

Scottsdale staycation

Location was perfect for dining and shopping. The home was clean and comfortable. Great for relaxing inside and out. Amenites were great. Unfortunately we had extreme heat and were not able to enjoy the outdoors as much as we would have liked.

Could Easily be a 5 out of 5 with a little more attention

This house is in a great location and the property managers were very quick to respond. Groceries 2 mins away! The landscape and style of the house were very nice! They had just purchased a brand new grill and that worked out perfect. We arrived with no issues. Within the first 30 minutes my husband went to use the restroom (#1) and the toilet backed up in the master. They could not get someone there until the next morning (quick response) and they had to remove the whole toilet and pull out toilet paper wads. Once he fixed it, we were good to go! There were no extra towels in the master bath, so each of us just got 1 towel for the week (and not even a bath sheet). We didn't want to wash them as there is a fine if you ruin them. Each room had pool towels, but they were thin with holes. Need updated. After a few days I noticed a few small black bugs on the kitchen counters, but I think it is more due to cleaning as the kitchen wasn't cleaned all the way when we arrived. Once I scrubbed it down, I didn't notice them. There were no dishes that can go in the oven other than baking sheets & the plates were all mismatched. The backyard was great for pool days. The pool cleaner did come while we were there to clean it too. One nice feature I loved is they have a service that takes the garbage cans to and from the curb so you are not worrying about what day is garbage day. Really enjoyed that! Overall the house is nice, but could just a little more attention to make it an easy 5!

What you see is what you get

The property was just as described. Extremely comfortable and located near lots and lots of stores within five minute drive. Would recommend for quiet area with a park nearby to walk our dog.

63rd Place stay

Overall a nice property off a busy street (street noise and dust from the proximity to 64th street). We chose this home based on its proximity to what we enjoy doing, and it was a good location. Unfortunately the property had tiny bugs in the kitchen( I cleaned but couldn’t completely eradicate them). Additionally there was minimal cutlery and some dinnerware, so it was necessary to run the dishwasher daily. The fans didn’t have speed control, working, so it was high or nothing. The floors were not completely vacuum cleaned upon arrival. Basically the home needs a deep cleaning and some tlc for it to be a five star stay. FYI the main shower leaks onto the floor, getting the wood and wallboard wet, and at times drips a lot for quite a while.

Close to Everything

The home comfortable, clean and nicely decorated and maintained. The location was convenient to several food and shopping options. There were issues at checkin, however the property manager was able to respond within 5-10 mins and supply the correct door code. The pool area appeared much larger in the pictures, however the temps were so hot while we were there the pool was not used. Overall lovely home and we enjoyed our stay. Would definitely book again.

Great location, cozy home!

We chose this adobe style house because it has charm and southwestern personality. The pool was sparkling clean and outdoor area was perfect for lounging all day and into the evening. The kitchen was well equipped for family dinners and the house is close to many great restaurants if we chose to eat out. Highly recommend!

Great stay in Scottsdale

The inside of the house was great - just as expected. The pool was nice but I wish there wasn't debris in the pool. Also the pool light did not work so we could not swim after dark.
