TV: There are 4 TV's - one in the living room, one on the backyard patio, one in the gaming room, and one in the master bedroom. All are equipped with streaming services for simplicity of use. No cable services are provided, but you will have access to your choice of streaming services.

Pool: Bring your swimsuits for this amazing backyard and pool! One grill is available with a grill set readily available for you to use. Pool Heating fees can be inquired about and discussed - please message and inquire directly if you need the pool to be heated for any length of time during your stay.

Towels: Plenty of towels will be provided for your stay. These include bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, kitchen rags, dish rags, and pool towels. Lack of towels will not be an issue.

Bedrooms: Master bedroom has 1 King Bed, guest bedroom 1 has 2 full beds, guest bedroom 2 has a twin over full bunk bed with an office desk for remote work if needed. There is also a play room with a pool table for you to enjoy! A crib is also available if you have little ones with you.
