This beautiful home located in North Phoenix is truly an oasis in the desert. The three bedroom, two and a half baths plus a casita & office is the perfect floor plan. This house is three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, with an attached casita that has a bedroom and bathroom. The house and casita sleeps up to 8 guests.

The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet, has a king size bed, night stand, lamp, dresser, remote ceiling fan and a 43" flat screen TV for lounging the day away. The ensuite master bathroom has a double sink vanity, separate water closet, a garden tub and standing shower to wash all your cares away. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, night stand, lamp, remote ceiling fan, dresser, a flat screen TV and large closet. The third bedroom has a queen size bed, night stand, lamp, remote ceiling fan, dresser, flat screen TV and double closets. The second bathroom, with double sink vanity, tub and shower combo is conveniently situated between the second and third bedrooms. There is a half bath available as well for guest use in the home. The attached casita with separate outside entrance features a fourth bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The bedroom includes queen size bed, night stand, lamp, remote ceiling fan, sitting chair, five drawer gentleman's chest and a flat screen TV. Ensuite bathroom has a single sink vanity, tub and shower combo with a small closet.

Play a game of pool in the game room located in the center of the home while enjoying a cocktail around a high round pub table with 4 stools. Bask in the view of the beautiful pool and hot tub through the picture windows. There is an office/sitting room which makes this home ideal for a working vacation. Or you can relax in the sitting room where you can read your favorite book or nap the afternoon away. The sitting room includes a sectional sofa with many comfy throw pillows, end table and cocktail table. High speed Wireless internet is included throughout the home, the router is in the sitting room on the end table.

The kitchen lies off of the game room and is fully equipped with coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, and a blender for mixing up your morning smoothie or a batch of margaritas to enjoy poolside. The kitchen includes a large double door refrigerator and freezer, 4 burner gas range, oven and broiler, microwave and dishwasher. Prepare your favorite meals using prep space on the large island including granite counter tops throughout the kitchen. Dinnerware, silverware and glasses provide place settings for up to 8 guests. All the cookware, bakeware, and utensils you would have in your own kitchen can be found in your home away from home. Sit down to your delicious meal in the open dining area off the kitchen including a dining table and 8 chairs. A cabinet buffet is in the dining room, inside it you will find placemats for the dining table and board games for friendly competition after dinner.

A half wall separates the dining room and the living room. Make yourself and your guests comfortable on the leather sofa, love seat and chair. A coffee table and 2 end tables are situated between the furniture. An 82" flat screen Smart TV with access to Netflix, Hulu, Apple TV and Dish satellite can broadcast your favorite sports game, movies, or cartoons for the kids. There is also high speed wireless internet provided throughout the home. This is a cozy home, great for spending time with family and friends, catching up on old memories while making new ones.

When evening comes, cozy up in the private front patio. Or, you can take a night swim under the stars in the private swimming pool & enjoy the attached hot tub. Visit near the pool in the comfort of a love seat, 2 chairs surrounding a fire pit and 2 heaters on one deck. The second deck includes 4 pool side loungers and 2 cocktail tables. The back patio includes an outdoor kitchen area underneath a bistro lighted pergola. Grill by the pool on the large built-in gas barbecue grill attached to the granite countertop featuring a built in ice chest and two drawers. Enjoy your meal on the beautiful granite buffet with eight chairs. The outdoor areas of this home are simply fantastic!

NO PARKING ON THE STREET! ABSOLUTELY NO OVERSIZED VEHICLES, RV'S OR TRAILERS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED IN THE DRIVEWAY OR ON THE STREET. Other parking arrangements must be made for oversized vehicles, RV's and trailers. NO EXCEPTIONS! Vehicles must park in the driveway.

Enjoy contactless check in and check out. The home is sparking clean, our professional cleaning company routinely cleans and disinfects the home, high touch areas, controls, switches and handles. Linens, blankets and towels are washed in high temperature water. We provide hand sanitizer and anti-bacterial hand soap.

**Please be aware there are exterior security cameras on the property. There is one above the door and above the garage in the front of the house. Two cameras are in the backyard, one on the east side and one on the west side of the block wall, overlooking the pool and entire backyard. These are in place for your safety and protection!! DO NOT touch or tamper with the cameras. Doing so will result in immediate eviction with NO refund. THERE ARE NO CAMERAS INSIDE THE HOME.**
