Conference Stay

This was a great spot cloae to the JW and an easy drive to Scottsdale. Walking distance to a bunch of shops and restaurants. A beautiful vieew and wonderful amenities. The property management group was great.

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood

Really enjoyed our family stay. We chose not to heat the pool in late October, but it didn’t matter as the pool was plenty warm. Check in and check out was simple enough.

Ideal house for quiet getaway

The house isn’t flashy but nicely decorated and equipped. The pool and spa are nice features and add to the ambiance— though we didn’t pay to have the pool heated. The home is very comfortable and easy to get to from the 101. Our contact, Irvin, was helpful and available to answer any and all questions. Very happy that we stayed here again!

Honeymoon

We stayed at this beautiful home for our honeymoon - I feel like the listing photos don't do this property justice! It was beautiful, the kitchen was incredible and well stocked with cooking and grilling utensils, the pool and spa were so perfect and when we had any questions the rental team was there immediately responding and taking care of us. You will not be disappointed if you rent this property. It was an absolute dream! There's plenty of places around to eat, shop, and enjoy!

Great getaway with view

This house was perfect for the two of us. The backyard overlooking the golf course with the mountains in the background was very relaxing. The beds were very comfortable and the house was fairly well supplied—a couple more wine glasses would be helpful 😊. Communication with the manager was easy. The community is “noise-restricted” which we welcomed; but be aware of that when you are thinking of booking. The neighborhood is very nice. It would be helpful to have a garage door opener but since it wasn’t raining at all while we were there it worked out ok. Definitely plan to stay again

Beautiful home w/nice amenities.

My family and I really enjoyed this property. Home was well maintained was in a great location close to services. My only feedback would be to the prop management team to be a bit more clear on how to operate the heating unit for the pool. My family had a couple days where we could not use the pool as it was too hot and took several comms to get it sorted. We got there, but for an additional $100 a day to heat the pool, would have liked a bit more hands on how to switch between spa and pool heating. Also, it would have been nice to be notified the landscapers would be coming. On our first full day we planned to stay by the pool, but was tough with landscapers and their power tools going for 3.5 hours. The landscapers were very nice and apologetic to the noise and did there best to clean up, but some leaves found there way into the pool. What the landscapers didn't clean we had to clean ourselves. We managed, but would have been nice to have the heads up!

Comforts of home and some...

We had a very nice stay at this property. The house was in a nice quiet neighborhood close to amenities. Clean with modern decor. The pool and outdoor patio space on the golf course made for beautiful mornings and such pleasant evenings. The comforts of home while on vacation.

Perfect Place for our family

The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, great views and super close to the JW Marriott for conference. The pool table was fun too! The master bed is very firm but manageable.

Summer PTO

The property was accurately described and the photos are accurate as well. Grill worked great, pool great, comfort setting perfect, and agent was great to work with. One caution, because no stay is perfect. Pillows need to be upgraded. Bring your own if you can. A must if you are a light sleeper. Will consider this VRBO for next trip to Phoenix.

Our experience was wonderful, we really enjoyed our stay . We also liked the fact that the property manager (Janet) was a phone call away if we needed her. She was very pleasant to work with. Looking forward to next time.

Clean home in nice neighborhood

Clean, updated home in a quiet neighborhood. Yard/pool area could use some umbrellas for a little more shade in the hot AZ sun. Communication with property manager needs some work. Messages often went unanswered for days or just ignored totally. The home itself was nice with comfortable beds and ample room.
