Wonderful home!

Loved this property for our family of four on spring break. Great location for hiking, mountain biking, rafting the lower salt river. Enjoyed the pool every day with beautiful views of the mountain, surrounded by beautiful flowers and hummingbirds. Kitchen was well stocked, making meals easy, and enjoyed eating on the patio. Kids loved the game room with shuffleboard and foosball. Bedrooms were comfortable and relaxing. Easy drive into Scottsdale for dinners and Phoenix for the art museum and baseball. Would stay here again!

Relaxing

Overall, this was one of the best vacations we have had as a family. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. Stores near by if we needed anything. We stayed for 3 days, 2 nights and never really left the house. There was so much to entertain us when we were not in the pool. This is a new summer tradition for us!

Great place for a family

"5/5 stars! We had an absolute blast at this incredible Vrbo rental! The house was perfect for our family of five - spacious, comfortable, and packed with amazing amenities. The pool was a highlight for all of us, and we loved the added fun of the putting green, shuffleboard, and goose ball! It was like having our own private resort. The house had everything we needed and more. We felt right at home and enjoyed every moment of our stay. The owners have thought of everything to make this a truly special vacation spot. We can't wait to come back and do it all again! Highly recommend this fantastic rental to any family or group looking for a memorable getaway."

Paid extra for pool heat which was not turned on until the last day. Tried to communicate with property manager no response to any calls placed. requested check-in information to be texted or sent to an alternative email. request acknowledged but not followed.

Poor host support / No AC but great location

The house was in a great location and the inside was pretty clean, but we were disappointed when we checked into the house to find the AC had been out for what must have been a long time. All 4 emergency phone numbers listed did not pick up and no way to leave a voicemail. I desperately texted all the numbers to try to get some response. I don’t like leaving bad reviews and hurting a small business (which it doesn’t sound like this even is a small business). It looks like it’s run by a person, but I’m pretty sure it’s going to some Rental LLC given the lack of response and confusion around who I was even communicating with regarding the AC. The fact that the AC was not working, and it was ultimately up to us to fix it on a 100 degree plus day, was ridiculous. Not one support number answered their phone that was listed on the property which is unacceptable. I had to text to get anywhere, and the only person who I could talk to was VRBO customer support. I gave the homeowner/manager and opportunity to make things right, but that escalated and was really unprofessional. I really hate complaining, but what I hate even more is feeling like I wasted my money and made my friends and family uncomfortable by booking this place that lacked reliable AC, responsive management, and a hygienic pool.

Great House

This house easily entertained a group of 5 ranging in ages from 13-78. Great restaurants nearby and parks. The supplies are very basic and pillows desperately need to be replaced we ended up getting some from target. Everything was fantastic, easy communication, clean and a great layout for families.

Beautiful property

Thanks for the amazing trip! We couldn't have asked for a better property in a beautiful area. House was perfect for my two little boys, they were entertained for hours. Actually never wanted to explore AZ because they wanted to swim and putt on the green! Thanks again, will be back

Loved the backyard

We love the Fountain Hills area! This house is a good place to stay but be careful of the fine print. We stayed here in January and was sooo looking forward to using the pool daily. One word of caution!! The pool is NOT heated and you will pay a fortune to heat it! You will not find the information in the general listing, you have to search for it. The waterfall is only on for about an hour or two at around 5 o'clock, so if you are looking forward to the sound of running water, you are out of luck. Also, our check out was at 10 o'clock and as we were getting ready to have our last breakfast there before checking out, they showed up with a new refrigerator and wanted us to let them in to replace the old one. It was extremely unsettling and frustrating! Who does that?!
