The property was wonderful, just what we needed. Dealing with the chosen property management company was a nightmare. I will never rent through them again. We are VRBO clients in good standing. We respect and care for the homes we rent, and always leave everything as we found it. We are big tippers for the cleaning crew. I’ve never been treated this poorly. We came to Scottsdale to visit the place where we had a home for over a decade. We planned to visit friends and our favorite restaurants. My husband was diagnosed with a terminal illness and given months to live. Instead of relaxing and enjoying our time, I was answering calls, searching for nonexistent emails and dealing with multiple people on extensive phone calls. The local maintenance guy was wonderful, the rest of the team was not. We were threatened to be evicted because I didn’t sign some ridiculous ‘last minute rental forms.’ If the owner of this property reads these reviews, it would behoove them to find a better company to represent their property.
