I was there to play in a Softball tournament and needed a small quiet place to hang out when not playing. The neighborhood is fantastic. Got in late and the address was hard to locate. The place is small but worked great for me. The shower was awesome. The communication with the manager was great via text and email. The only issues I had was the long black hair on the hopefully clean stack of towels, and the toilet paper holder was super loose and fell off. Folded up paper was keeping tension on the screws. The towel holders were also loose and about to fall off. I didn’t have time to go to the pool or any of those facilities. I gave that 3 stars only because it would let me continue without ranking the pool. Several good food options were a short drive away. I’d definitely try to stay here again next year when the tournament comes around.

The space was perfect for my needs. I took the liberty of fixing the hole in the wall due to the door knob. The only negative was the noise from the AC turning on and off.

Great location for all things Chandler, AZ. Road into subdivision recently repaved. Downtown area easily accessible. Enjoy being on Freeway in 3 turns and sleep like a dream on the cozy bed. Shower size, tempurature, and pressure was relaxing and worth the stay.

Compact But Mighty

Game day

My sister and I stayed there for NFL game on the weekend. I had wanted to cancel, but even giving enough notice(greater than 2 weeks) they would not refund anything! We stayed nights there but most of our time was with family at their home where we would have stayed. But scheduled here since grandma was gonna be with them. Grandma passed and we found out we could have stayed with them, but since no refund, stayed in VRBO. Unfortunate but ok stay.

Sweet and clean

Spent a long weekend in Arziona to see family. Needed to find a small rental near our son for just my husband and I. Found this cute little studio about 1.5 away. The unit was clean and really well stocked. The process from rental to checkout was a breeze. I will definitely reach out again when we come back for a visit. Thank you!

Sweet spot in Chandler!

We stayed for two nights on a quick trip to Phoenix and this place for perfect. Great location for us. It's a very welcoming little studio in a quiet neighborhood. Best of all, it was spotless, which is what I always appreciate the most. Check out the backyard "canal" if you stay!
