Awesome stay!

Loved staying at this property. Great location- close to restaurants and shopping. Host was awesome and communicative. The house was clean and very comfortable to stay in. Super safe and quiet neighborhood.

A Wonderful Stay!

We stayed in Dawn's home for a month. We enjoyed it everyday. Dawn goes above and beyond to please you. It's nice and clean. Absolutely everything you need in the kitchen to cook! The beds are very comfortable and the shower in the Master and the tub in the main are great! The back yard is just so beautiful and peaceful and we had our adult son and his wife and 5 grandkids over a lot. It was perfect for entertaining them. Dawn is so helpful and available if you need anything. All around it was a really great place to stay!!! Thank you so much Dawn!

Amazing Property

Our stay

Dawn made our stay an outstanding experience. She was an amazing host, and the property far exceeded expectations. We highly recommend this property and, especially, this host, as she makes sure that everything you could possibly require to make your stay enjoyable is provided (including all of the lotions and potions you need to allow you to travel with carry on baggage only!). We would definitely return. We also hired her son, Ben, who operates a car service, to take car of our transportation needs on this trip, and he is also outstanding. If you need transportation, have Dawn connect you with Ben!

Gorgeous Home in Outstanding Location!

Beautifully re-modeled home just north of the Kierland area in a quiet neighborhood. Thoughtfully decorated (enjoyed the tree and lights for the holidays!) with spacious and very well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and a WOW outdoor space! Loved the fire pit, outdoor seating and grill. Dawn was super responsive. A true gem in Scottsdale!!

Cannot say enough about this property, the location, the amenities, the back yard! Was a lovely time

I reached out to Dawn before booking to ask about bringing our Frenchie. The site did state pets welcome but I wanted to confirm with her before finalizing. Dawn was quick to reply, she offered up clear bags for the Barrett Jackson car show we would be attending; I had read prior reviews and everyone seems to feel the same way… A+ host and property.

exceeded expectations

Dawn, you did good – really good. You are a terrific and responsive host with a beautiful house with an inviting and relaxing backyard in a great location. Close to Kierland shopping/dining and marked recreation path around the golf course great for walking, running biking etc. All the amenities guests could possibly need. Heater and fire table outside extend happy hour in the evening. Simply perfect. See ya next year.

Exceptional house & host

Perfection!! Our family had the most wonderful stay at this gorgeous immaculate house. We loved everything about the house & host. It has everything you need and more. It’s beautifully decorated and the kitchen is fabulous. The outside back yard is stunning where we loved eating & hanging. Dawn is the ultimate host and went over and beyond with her generosity. 5 star resort travelers can’t wait to return to this clean, welcoming and incredible experience.

First, I never post reviews, but from the first communication to the return home you can’t ask to be in more caring hands then the owner Dawn. I am excited to share what a stellar experience we had in this gorgeous home. I should mention we have had the good fortune of staying in some of the best 5 star resorts in the country and can’t wait to return to Dawn’s rental. The house is even nicer in person than in pictures and even cleaner than a person could dream of especially during a pandemic. Thoughtful touches/amenities in every room and a truly fantastic large zen entertainers backyard. Wonderful open concept home with a beautiful new kitchen that provides both form and function for family and friends to gather. Split floor plan with opportunity for everyone to sleep in with comfortable beds and fantastic dark motorized shades, Following a great night sleep, after enjoying the fire pit and star gazing outside you are a stone throw from Kierland, restaurants the 101 loop, The Music Museum and the Scottsdale Quarter. The owner who is so warm and caring clearly has an eye for design, comfort and cleanliness. We never again need to figure out where we need to stay when we come to Scottsdale. It will be booking this one story gem. I only hope it will be available once the word gets out. We can’t thank you enough Dawn for a great experience.

All the Amenities

This property had everything we were seeking for a relaxing spring break. There were 3 of us that stayed at the house. It was very comfortable and had plenty of space for everyone to gather inside for meals, and then individually for each person to do some telecommuting. The desks in each room were great for doing some work. The kitchen was well stocked and we really appreciated the nice coffee maker with all the coffee supplies. My son liked it so much that he wants to buy one of the coffee machines for his next apartment! The bathrooms included all the bath products needed .... I think this property was better than staying at one of the local resorts. But, by far, the best part of this property is the serene and professionally landscaped backyard. We spent hours and hours out in the garden, enjoying the covered patio, conversation area, and fire pit. All in all.. this was a fabulous home to rent and made for a wonderful family spring vacation.

Best VRBO We've Ever Rented!

The house is beautifully decorated, stylish, and very comfortable. I loved back yard where I did my morning meditation and stretching. It was also the perfect place to get some work done and enjoy the outside. The orange trees were in bloom and were deliciously fragrant.

Calm Retreat

Really nice property, conveniently located. Quiet and calm retreat with all of the amenities. Felt like I was at home. Landscaping with Fruit trees were nice touch. Fresh juice every morning if you come this time of year. Perfect house for backyard barbecuing.

An Immaculate Experience!

Everything about this experience from the communication the moment I booked, the incredible attention to detail in every aspect of the home, and the follow up by the host during my stay was absolutely exceptional! This is everything a VRBO experience is meant to be! Quiet and friendly neighborhood, close to all amenities including the highway, fast wifi, comfortable beds, epic outdoor area, and the coolest decor. My only advice...book before it's gone ;)
