Admission, hours, closures, and slide availability are determined by the City of Tempe and may vary.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have private access to the entire home, including four bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, game room, laundry area, fully fenced yard, private unheated pool, year-round hot tub, fire-pit seating, outdoor dining area, BBQ grill, driveway parking, and available street parking.

Self-check-in is provided through a smart lock. Detailed arrival and access instructions will be sent before check-in.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• The home’s private pool is not heated, and optional pool heating is not available.
• The private six-person hot tub is heated and available year-round at no additional charge.
• Children must be supervised around the pool and hot tub at all times.
• The pool gate must remain closed and may not be propped open.
• No glass is permitted in the pool or hot-tub area.
• The primary bathroom is functional but more compact than the guest bathroom.
• The fully fenced yard is pet friendly, but guests remain responsible for supervising their pets.
• Please review the pet rules and applicable pet fee before booking.
• Quiet hours and City of Tempe outdoor-noise rules apply.
• Maximum overnight occupancy is 10.
• No parties, events, smoking, vaping, or fireworks are permitted.

CLARK PARK

Clark Park and its playground are located at the end of the street. Clark Pool is a public City of Tempe facility. Admission, hours, programming, closures, and water-slide availability are controlled by the city and may change. Guests should check the City of Tempe website before visiting.
