House is very nice, pool excellent and great location for moving my son into ASU. Very convenient. Run by a rental company so different than my other VRBO experiences but good communication. Would stay here again for sure.

Friends getaway

Quiet neighborhood, close by the interstate.Our stay was relaxing, the pool is where we spent most of our time.Communication with the host was prompt!There were a few minor inconveniences that didn’t affect our trip (shower not draining properly, wobbly toilet, uncomfortable couches)Overall happy!

Home away from home

Clean, a lot of natural light, open concept, cozy and alot of home necessities provided. Not to mention games to pass time.

Nice house with pool

As was expected. A couple minor things, but overall really good for the price and location. Pool cleaner wasn't working when we first got there, but the manager had someone come fix it later that day.

Great place to stay

I really enjoyed this home. The house was laid out well, it was clean, a little sparse in cookware, but that was easily remedied. The pool was wonderful, very clean and warm. Very conveniently located to stores and restaurants, plus only about 20 minutes from the airport. Overall convenient and clean. The two most important things.......... oh, that and the pool. Must have a pool. I would definitely consider this home again when coming back to Arizona.

This is our second time staying here. We stayed last year and loved the pool so much we came back! We are in the pool all day until the pool gets shaded at 5:00 p.m. I also love the very large tv in the living room and good sized tv in the master bedroom. The pool table is a great addition for when you've had enough sun. It feels like home when I am here and I never want to leave. My only complaint is the noise from the freeway but it doesn't keep me from coming back!

We showed up with no hot water so that was disappointing, but it was addressed right away & not much could be done about it. Could have used a toaster, pizza cutter, better frying pans & a skillet. The bottom of the pool could use a good scrubbing but otherwise everything else was good.

Stay here!

We make an annual trip to AZ for spring Cactus League baseball & this home will now be our default if its available. Check/out was easiest I've seen. Owner/management company was very responsive. The place is clean, beds are comfortable and the pictures are not deceptive.The only gripe is minor & one over which the owner has no control. The home is located fairly near a major highway so there's a constant din of traffic noise & of course the occasional loud Harley Davidson or punks in Subaru WRX's with oversized tailpipes. Its not noticeable inside the house & doesn't affect ability to sleep but can be heard when enjoying the (quite nice) outdoor space. As mentioned, I'll rent this place again so it (obviously) isn't that big of a deal, but worth mentioning. Great house, great price, great location.

Nice at first glance

...but once we got in there we were met with dirty sheets on the made beds, minimal kitchen ware that actually functioned. Also ran out of trash bags. We contacted the property manager about this and they just said 'sorry' and also that they would bring more bags but never did.

The house was very comfortable and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. We were surprised the pool was not heated as that is one of the reasons we chose this house. Would have liked cushions on the patio furniture to make it a bit more comfortable while enjoying being outside. But overall experience was wonderful.

Lovely stay!

We enjoyed this property very much. House was cozy, beds were comfy, pool was refreshing and location is very convenient. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this rental.
