Glendale Spring Break

Excellent house. Pool and paddle boat was a great added feature. Location was very convenient to everything needed...shopping, interstate, restaurants. We loved it and plan to return next year. It was a great family experience.

Our stay was fabulous. The property managers were wonderful. Our grandson loved the pool with the TV! He was able to be in the pool and watch sports. He was in heaven. Our granddaughter especially loved having her own room with a queen bed, life was very good for her. The house was lovely and we enjoyed the boat ride. Loved this place!

Excellent accommodations. They thought of everything from bikes to fishing poles, tackle, and the boat fully charged. We loved our stay. The only thing was the guest book raved about an amazing gift basket, we did not receive one. Other than that, fabulous! We would stay again without hesitation.

Everyone enjoyed this spacious clean VRBO from the heated pool to the nearby hike to Thunderbird, golf, restaurants and quiet neighborhood. Easy book, easy to stay. Would recommend.

Home away from home

Beautiful home. So many amenities. Big house for just two people but we loved the space. Next time we won’t go when it’s 118* outside! Very quite and lots of privacy. Definitely recommend this one.

Perfect for multigenerational getaway

Beautiful property, very clean! Cleanliness is a big deal for me and this house didn’t disappoint. Property managers, Kristine and Ross, were absolutely wonderful and very responsive to issues we had with the pool (owner needs to upgrade heater). Glendale is a great area. Try Oggi’s for lunch or dinner (recommended by the PMs)—it’s fabulous, teenage grandsons are still talking about it. SIL and grandson enjoyed fishing off the pier/pontoon. It’s a wonderful neighborhood—we walked to the nearby park a number of times so the littles could play.

Beautiful home and location

This is a beautiful home with lots of extra amenities that weren't even in the description. We did have a few maintenance issues that I reported on a Tuesday: ice maker not working, electrical extension not working in master bedroom, hot/cold shower handle switched so cold is hot water and hot is cold, and the fire table on back porch wouldn't stay lit. Contacted mgr Kristine and she was sending her husband out on Wed to check the fire table issue. He came out Wed evening and they contacted me by phone to inform me that it was working properly and explained how to use the dial properly and sent a picture as well. When we got home, the picture they sent did not match the one on our back porch so I sent her a pic of ours, and she realized she had sent him to the wrong rental. She did apologize and sent him out on Thursday, but he confirmed it was not working properly and would not be fixed prior to our departure on Saturday. The other items reported were not addressed during our stay. Kristine was very pleasant and always responded when I reached out, but it was disappointing to rent a home of this value and not get a resolution of some sort. I didn't want to say anything negative because there were so many extras that weren't even mentioned in the description, but as a VRBO renter, it isn't fair to other renters if I don't. Still a beautiful home to rent and would consider renting again.
