The property was overall nice. I did not like the steps in the living room, major tripping hazard. Also, I believe the floors could have been cleaner. I took a shower and walked around the house, my feet were dirty. Great location, lots of room and sitting areas.

Lovely home, great location. Wonderful amenity’s and pool. Spotless and inviting. Steps down to living area a little concerning for seniors. Kitchen perfect except for needing new fry pans and cookie sheets. In house manual would be helpful. Definitely would rent again.

Very nice property. House was very clean on check-in and plenty of room. The pool is good size and the landscaping of the property, front and back, is excellent. We had no issues with the property during our stay. The property does back up to 64th street so there is some road noise but not such that it affected our stay. We did have a slight issue with our check-in. The code provided seemed to not work. I contacted the management company and they responded with a new code that did work. The issue may have been with the front door, as the management company did advise that the door is a little hard to open. Takes a pretty good push to open the front door. There is a separate small living room off to the left side of the entry that was locked. We did not need the extra room but it appeared from the photos on the listing that this room was available. We travel to Phoenix three times a year and this property is on our list when we return later this year.

Lovely home, wonderful pool, primary suite embarassingly spacious compared to other rooms (haha), timely communications. Would stay again. 4 stars on location due to some road noise in back yard, but lovely quiet and safe neighborhood with easy access to routes in every direction.

Fantastic Scottsdale Property

We were in town for MiLB Fall League. The location was convenient for travel to all of the participating stadiums in the area, as well as grocery store, restaurants and other shopping and attractions. The house is in a lovely, quite residential neighborhood. We loved the house and the back yard. All of the spaces are accurately depicted in the listing, and all of communication with the host was timely. Our few, minor issues and questions were addressed and resolved immediately.

Everything about this place was fantastic! The location was so close to shops and restaurants. House was very clean and very well stocked! The pool was amazing.
