    Parking: MAXIMUM 3 CARS - Garage parking is not available so a maximum of 3 cars are allowed to park in the driveway. Street parking is not allowed after 10pm. Commercial vehicles, Trailers, RVs, Boats, etc prohibited.

    TV: Basic cable and local channels are not provided, guests will need to sign into personal streaming subscriptions such as Hulu, YouTubeTV, Sling, Fubo, etc. Guests may also access personal cable subscriptions via their cable TV providers streaming app such as Dish Anywhere, DirectTVNow, Xfinity Stream. 
     
    Accidental Damage Insurance: A damage Insurance policy is automatically included on all reservations providing guests $1500 of coverage towards accidental damage. A $59 premium payment is included in the total price quoted at booking. If you prefer to purchase an ADI policy through VRBO, please notify the local manager within 24 hours of booking to have the insurance and the $59 premium removed from your reservation.

Beautiful AZ Property

Wonderful 12 night stay in a beautiful house. 5 Star for sure! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub everyday. Perfect location as well.

Excellent property

The property was excellent. All needs were thought of, furniture was in great condition, and the backyard is incredible. I highly recommend staying at the Desert Escape.

Relaxing, quiet, beautiful

We had everything we needed for a perfect, relaxing getaway weekend. For three couples, it was great that we all had separate, comfortable spaces with privacy when needed.

Absolutely perfect!!

This house is fantastic! I don’t think there is anything the owners did not think of for a wonderful stay! Comfortable, very pretty, great kitchen and an oasis in the backyard! There is so much space for family and friends to gather, and at the same time space to spread out if you want quiet time. We all loved our stay and would highly recommend it for any group.

We loved our short stay and our next visit will be longer! It is a beautiful home and is so tastefully decorated - it was inviting, peaceful & calming. Our 3 Grandkids enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the adults enjoyed the beautiful yard and outdoor conversational area, we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thank you.

Desert Escape 2022

This property is great. Very clean and nicely appointed property. Has all the amenities you need-especially the kitchen. The backyard with the pool, fireplaces and barbecue station is awesome. We stayed the week and each afternoon spent by/in the pool and grilled out our dinners and eat outside at a table that fit all 8 adults. Would stay here again, should we come down to golf in the Glendale area.

Maybe the Best VRBO/HA so far

We have used Home Away/VRBO for a number of family gatherings. This place was very well appointed, extremely well organized, and very responsive when we had a little initial glitch getting the pool/hot tub to work. Quite impressive, actually. Highly recommended.

Great for our big family!

We really enjoyed our stay! The backyard set up was fantastic! Also there was plenty of room in the house for our big family. The hosts were very kind to let us check in as early as possible, which was very helpful. I wish there was a better pump for the water toys and a bigger stock of paper towels and toilet paper for our stay. Besides that, we were completely satisfied!

Amazing Property

Fantastic place outside of Phoenix

The house is in a terrific neighborhood, convenient to a grocery store, and some activities nearby. The house was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. But the best part is clearly the phenomenal backyard. We basically lived in the yard, and slept in the house. This place was perfect for a group of friends, but would also work well for two families/couples. You will not be disappointed if you book this place. We would easily book this place again.

Awesome Getaway

Our family had the best time ever. The house was so comfortable and all the rooms were very spacious. We had a total of 9 adults and we had plenty of room. The owner has thought of all the amenities you could possibly want. The backyard with heated pool, hot tub, gas grill, outside TV and sitting area is beyond anything you could possibly want. Safeway and fast food restaurants are nearby for your convenience. We would definitely like to rent this property again.

Perfect place to stay!

It was everything you would want for an extended stay in Az. The house was well stocked and was lacking in nothing. The neighborhood was quiet and the pool was so relaxing! We had some unexpected car trouble at the end of our stay and the management company when we inquired was ready to help us with an extended stay if needed. Even though we resolved our issue in time I appreciated the fact they were willing to help us.

One word-awesome

Completely exceeded our expectations in every way imaginable. Cannot think of one detail that was not covered. Our intent was to spend most of our time in this most relaxing part of the Phoenix metro area, and it did just that. Local grocery store makes it conducive to cook at home, appliances, grill, etc. were top notch, Pool and spa were also excellent and were a hit with our young grandkids. Plan to revisit again.

As beautiful as advertised

This house is is wonderful. The rooms are spacious and clean and the backyard is a dream for anyone looking to escape winter. We stayed with three young families and both kids and parents had plenty of activities on property and a few very nice walks. The property is off the beaten path a bit so if you are looking to spend a lot of time in Phoenix or Scotsdale maybe not the best location but if you want to stick around the area and stay off the beaten path there are plenty of stores and restaurants within 20 minutes. The management were responsive and very helpful. I couldn't recommend this house more.
