We love everything about this place; the hostess, the comfort, the cleanliness, the amenities, and the location. We usually stay a week, and would like to stay longer. The only thing we wish it had, for our length of stay, would be a full size refrigerator and stove top and oven. Despite the lack of those two things, we'll be back again for our third stay next fall. Thank you Terri!

Very nice space in an upscale neighborhood. The host is very friendly and easy to work with and the location was perfect for our plans in the Phoenix area. We'd definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home and patio, quiet area, and welcoming host. So many "little extras" made stay enjoyable. Wanted to be away from the crowds and this was perfect. Near Granite Mountain where we did some hiking. Pleasant, relaxing stay!

Spring Get Away

We spent a week in March mountain biking from Terri’s place and plan to do it again. We could ride our bikes from the patio to the trail head of both Brown’s Ranch and McDowell Mountain parks, no need to load bikes or drive. For stores and restaurants, there is a 20 minute drive but the clean, comfy guest house, and recreation convenience is well worth it! Thanks Terri, we’ll be back!

Fabulous Stay

As always the host, the rental, the area are Fabulous. We stay here whenever we are in the area. We bike, birdwatch and hike. Rain or shine it’s wonderful. We love staying here!!! I cannot say enough about the host. She is wonderful! Thank you!

Great little getaway

We spent 3 nights and enjoyed the quiet and privacy of the casita. It was perfect size for the 2 of us. Location was perfect for our purposes of attending a show at Westworld and visiting family. Will definitely stay again

A bit rural

Great host, nice accomodations. However, for us, it was a bit to rural. You need to travel at least 30 minutes to get to shops and restaurants. A few new stores are just opening up, but they are still 20 minutes out. Also, the mattress was to soft for us.

Awesome casita

Truly a gem of a place situated in rural north Scottsdale. Quiet as can be at night, and off the beaten path. The casita itself is tastefully decorated, clean, and comfortable. Terri, your host, is very responsive and helpful. From checking in to walking out the door, I wouldn't change a thing. Thanks, Terri!

Beautiful with all the amenities. It is a distance from restaurants, grocery stores, etc. It also has a lot of outdoor lights but the owner was very sweet to remove the light outside our bedroom window.

4 Night Stay

Stayed 4 nights to be close to Rio Verde. My wife and I loved it!! Super clean, very quiet, comfortable, and Terri was a very accommodating host. We plan to be back in the future!

Beautiful & serene

Such a lovely place, with amazing views. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchenette was perfect for our needs. It felt so spacious, roomy and welcoming. Host was great and flexible with our arrival plans.

I make monthly trips to az to visit my horses. The place was nice my biggest complaint would the host being overly involved, she lives right next door. She made comments on what i ordered on instacart and about not having a party despite being there by myself. Also made a comment about me being hungover. If it werent for the host this would have been a 5 star stay.

Work and play trip

We needed to visit Phoenix for a combination of work and vacation. This was a good location for both with its close proximity to the golf resorts. The residence was exactly as described on the site. No surprises and that was a good thing.

Lovely desert oasis

Beautiful and wonderful place to stay. It was decorated with care and really made me feel like I was staying in somebody's home. The bed was extremely comfortable and I loved the soft, fluffy towels. Very quiet and peaceful at night. I really appreciated the washer and dryer to do some laundry mid-way through my trip. Quick bike ride or drive to McDowell Sonoran Preserve for outdoor enthusiasts, as well as a lovely sitting area outside to enjoy morning coffee. 100% recommend!
