  • This is a newly renovated 2 bedroom split floorplan condo in an amenity rich gated community near some of Gilbert and Mesa's newest attractions. It is vacation worthy or a business traveler's delight. It's a highly maintained community with various pools, hot tubs, large gym to name a few. All within walking distance to a variety of restaurants, shopping centers, movie theaters, and entertainment. A quiet, low traffic road can get you onto the US60 within seconds and it is within walking distance to Banner Gateway Hospital. Just like our several other property offerings, this one is waiting for your rave reviews.

Lovely neighborhood and quiet, beds were comfy and it was perfect for our needs. Very nice. Pool was a plus. Would rent again for family/guests who come to town. Convenient to all the things we love and enjoy in Gilbert

Perfect for our needs. Nice and quiet.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and a great location. Close to the 60 and shops and restaurants. Clean and quiet! Would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay! The accommodations were nice. Host answered any questions we had in a timely manner. Condo was in close proximity to main pool and clubhouse. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not working during our stay. The area has restaurants and groceries within walking distance. We would have appreciated information regarding checkout expectations.

Hassle-Free Stay in Gilbert

The unit was clean, spacious, and welcoming. Check-in and check-out were both simple. The location is conveniently by groceries, food, and major roads/highways. I stayed here with my brother for a week and we had everything we needed. Thanks again Dalen!

Great Central Location

Nice place, great location. The only item thing I would change is getting a more comfortable bed in the master suite. We like a firm mattress but this was down right hard! A king size would make it even better!

It was spacious, which was nice. Pictures didn’t show the space run down like it was. appliances could be updated and neighbors complained we were loud when we were gone the entire day and was in bed early.

Beautiful place!!

Pool area and property were exactly as described and had everything you need. Restaurant and grocery shopping are within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!

Solana Setting

The overall experience was great. The only downside were the stairs. We are in our 70's and hauling suitcases up and down was a lot of work, as well as multiple trips after grocery shopping. The pool was wonderful. I am a swimmer and really enjoyed the pool.

Amazing property

When I got this place for so cheap I expected it to be some sort of gimmick. But when I explored the property I was just amazed at how nice and clean it was. It had everything I needed and more. Comfiest beds and very livable atmosphere. It was also close to everything I could’ve needed. Property pool was soooo nice. Absolutely loved my stay here.

Wonderful unit

Condo was exceptionally Clean and very well stocked with supplies/ toilet paper, paper towels/ cleaning supplies. Modern Comfortable furniture, great access to pool and gym , great location to food, shopping, and all major highways. Would definitely be back again !
