We had a wonderful stay at this Scottsdale property. The home was beautiful, clean, and very well equipped with everything we needed. The location was fantastic, with a wide variety of dining and shopping options nearby. The host was a pleasure to work with and very responsive throughout our stay. I would absolutely book here again and highly recommend it to others.

Great spring break rental for our family.

We brought our kids out from Chicago for spring break and the property was exactly as expected. Clean, great location, and nice amenities. Walking distance and/or short drive from everything we were in town to enjoy. We didn't have any concerns or need to contact the property management while we were there, but Colin checked in a couple of times via email just to make sure we had everything we needed. Great rental, I'd stay again. probably a better fit for adults than kids just because our kids couldn't reach to eat at the counter (stools were too low, counter too high) and the bathroom sinks were too high for hand washing and tooth brushing, but we made it work and it would be a non-issue for adult guests!

Excellent option in Scottsdale

We had a great stay during spring break. House is beautiful. Check in and check out process was super easy. Perfect location in Old Town. Easy walking distance to food and fun. Colin is a great host and was helpful through the entire process.

Why you should stay here

The property lived up to the listing. However, Colin exceeded standards. He was incredibly responsive and helpful. We have stayed in homes in many countries and experienced a wide variety of hosts/managers/owners. This experience allowed us to spend all our time and energy on enjoyment. As other travelers know, that is not always the case.

Outstanding Property

Beautiful modern designed home, with pool & spa. Had lots of room, and in a fantastic location close to dining, bars, shopping (Camelback/ Scottsdale Road). Colin was very responsive, & thoughtful, a pleasure to deal with. The home has everything we could need. TVs in every room, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, new appliances, BBQ with 3 propane tanks, lots of towels, and supplies. This is a professionally run rental, we loved our stay and will be back!

Girls Getaway

This home is in such a great part of Scottsdale-walkable to many great restaurants and very close to Fashion Square Mall. Colin was quick to respond to any questions and the home layout was perfect! Pool was relaxing and the kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook in!

Location a plus, overpriced

If your goal for a Scottsdale stay is to be close to Old Town and shopping , and you don’t care about price, this property is for you. The home has been completely remodeled and is well appointed. The bathrooms, however, have no drawer space and very little counter top. The bedrooms have no drawer space either. Unfortunately, the pool and spa broke down during our stay and we weren’t able to use them. Colin the manager was good in giving us a generous refund, but the whole vacation was planned around using the back yard amenities and was disappointing. The bar stools in the kitchen are not the right height for the counter top. One of the faucets in the master bathroom is broken and can’t be fixed. The windows needed to be washed. The house is located in a non-descript residential neighborhood, but you can walk to Old Town.For the $900 a night we paid we feel the property was overpriced.

Great pool and location

Property was great, very clean and updated. Walk to restaurants and bars in old town. Short drive to hiking, golf and airport. Really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub.

Beautiful!!

We just got back from staying at the VRBO and are already planning on returning next year! Very clean and well appointed. Pool was perfect and the host could not have been nicer! We were able to walk to dinner each night after relaxing at the pool all day! Perfect getaway for my husband and I and two teenagers!

Great Getaway!!

Everything was GREAT!!! I will definitely rent from Colin again. All his places look wonderful. The house was stocked with everything we needed and more! The location was perfect and a quick walk across the street to Old Scottsdale and many restaurants. The decor was beautiful and the pool delightful! Don't hesitate to rent 75th place!!

Perfect location and perfect place!

We were here for a girls weekend (we are all 45/46) and really enjoyed ourselves! The outdoor fire pit was where we had our morning coffee and evening glasses of wine. We were so close to Old Town but we also hung out a lot at the house because it was so comfy. Having a kitchen and washer/dryer is always a plus when you have a group of five. We utilized the Concishare service in advance and it was a breeze. Communication with the house manager and owner was likewise really easy. We would definitely come back!

OMG…book NOW!!!!

What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get!!!! Top end, luxury, private and clean. This place is super spacious. Well thought out design and amenities. Plus the property owner Colin is in top of everything!!! He went out of his way to be sure everything was great! When we come back to Scottsdale this will be our place to stay!

Myself and two friends were in town for the Waste Management and Superbowl. The house was as advertised online - modern, clean and a great size for my group. If you want to go out in downtown Scottsdale you are about a 3 minute walk to the major nightlife spots. The host was great and checked in regularly. If we are back in Scottsdale again we will definitely stay here.

Great stay
