We have stayed at numerous rental locations, and this one, by far, was the best! The rental was well stocked with every amenity that was needed during our stay and extras that are not normally provided. The cleanliness was top notched, a 10. The outdoor spa and pool was well maintained and the putting green was a plus for we are golfers. Herb was very responsive to our questions or concerns during our visit . The alarm system on the home is a major plus. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located. We will definitely stay at your home again .

OMG! Everything was absolutely amazing. The house was beautiful, everythimg was labled (lights, remotes, how to use the spa, etc.). The host was ALWAYS available. The backyard was truly an oasis with a beautiful pool and hot tub as well as a great putting green. This was the best managed home we have stayed at. HIGHLY recommend!!!

Nice property!Had basic amenities to help us get settled and all the cooking spices herbs and utensils we needed.The pool was spacious and the hot tub was used nightly.After 10:pm we moved the fun inside and played pool or cards.Being close to clubs with affordable rides to Old Town this place is one of the best.

Great location! Easy to get to airport, old world, hiking etc. Very clean! Loved all the amenities- gas fire pits, corn hole, miniature golf, bikes, speakers, pool, hot tub etc! Owners Herb and Cathy were quick to communicate! Such a great house for our girls weekend! Highly recommend this property! We will be back!

This place was amazing! Very spacious, clean, updated, great design of house with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, sitting areas. Lots of towels, pillows, blankets and hot water! We had 6 people in our group and plenty of room for us inside and out. Easily could have had another family with us. The kitchen had everything and anything you would need to use. One thing I loved about the kitchen was the fact that basic spices, coffee, condiments were available for use. I have never seen this at a VRBO at the level this place had. The outside was incredible! The pool and spa were beautiful! Two areas with fire tables and patio furniture to relax around. Plus the putting area, ping pong table, corn hole boards. Plenty of pool toys, noodles. We spent most of our time outside using the great outdoor space. The males in our group enjoyed playing pool and watching tv in the pool table room. All the furniture inside and out was comfy and the indoor and outdoor lighting features were great. Ceiling fans in all the rooms. The location was good too about 10 min from fashion square shopping area and Old Towne Scottsdale. Grocery store was less than 5 minutes away. Herb was a great host. Responded to my never ending questions and provided guidance on check in/out procedures on the day I needed it instead of me having to find old emails with info. We would absolutely 100% stay again and would look at any other places under the same host to try out.

The beds were VERY comfortable and bedrooms are very roomy! It was the perfect house for my out-of-town guests. We loved the open kitchen and living room concept! Couch was very comfortable, pool was the perfect temperature for a hot September day, house is well-stocked and the host made our stay very easy! I will book again when family comes to town!

Overall great stay! The house is exactly as you see it in the photos and all the amenities of the house make it a fun place to stay. Location is very central so easy to get to Scottsdale, Phoenix, or east Phoenix area. I’d definitely recommend this property.

Favorite Stay Ever!

We came to take care of school clothes shopping. This was the perfect place- close to great restaurants and shopping. The swimming pool was incredible. We had a lot of fun family time with the indoor pool table and the outdoor mini golf. The house is beautiful. We definitely hope to return soon.

Better than Advertised!

The house had everything we could have possiblyNeeded and then some. The amenities were terrific and the house was clean and modern. Our family really enjoyed everything the house had to offer, including the pool, hot tub, pool table and mini golf. Would definitely recommend this house to a friend! We had a wonderful vacation.

Family Fun in Scottsdale

This property has all you could want in a vacation home and more! Wonderful amenities. We did not want for anything. The pool and hot tub spa are new and fantastic. Very convenient location near grocery stores and restaurants. Short drive to old town Scottsdale. 4 bedrooms and three baths, room to spread out for everyone. Would rent again, certainly.

Birthday celebration

We had a wonderful family vacation/birthday celebration in the perfect home. The home was spectacular for a family get together as it had a wonderful temperature temperature control, pool, hot tub, putting green, beanbag toss table all outside. It also had a wonderful arrangement of rooms and amenities inside, including a beautiful pool table

Great place for bachelorette party!

Great Visit

Went for some golf and the Waste Management Open. Solid location and really nice house for entertaining. Had a great time putting on large putting green and swimming in heated pool. Recommend this house
