    Guest Access
    Guests will have full and private access to the entire property. This includes:
    The entire 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home.
    The large private backyard with the pool, putting green, and game room.
    A two-car garage for your vehicles with direct entrance to the home.
    Entry is seamless and secure with a smart lock. You will receive your unique, private access code prior to your arrival for self-check-in.
    Interaction With Guests

    We believe in giving our guests complete privacy to enjoy their vacation. We will not be present during your stay, but we are always available and just a message or phone call away should you need anything at all. Our goal is to ensure you have a 5-star experience.

    Pool Safety: For our guests traveling with children under the age of 6, a pool fence is available for your safety and peace of mind. Please let us know in advance if you will need it set up for your stay.

The house was perfect for our stay in Phoenix. I wish we could have stayed longer. Huge fenced in backyard for our dogs to spend hours chasing lizards. The pool was wonderful. The large scrabble game was an added bonus. I would highly recommend this listing. Janet was very responsive and happy to help.

Heated Pool and Great Location

Easy check-in, excellent communication with owner, house is well appointed, spacious and close to grocery and restaurants. Scottsdale has great entertainment. The heated pool was comfortably warm and we spent a lot of time in and around it. We had a wonderful vacation.

Quiet and Convenient

Stayed at the house for about 5 days in late Spring. Was a nice quiet location. Easy to get to other places in the area. The house was nice for the stay. The pool was perfect. The kitchen functional. We would stay there again.

Awesome Oasis

We had an Excellent family vacation & the house was a huge part of it. We went on a few fun outings ( baseball game, Grand Canyon, UTV ride, etc) but everyone loved coming “ home “ to hang out. Thank You, Janet for sharing this house with us.

Sister's 29th Annual Trip

The house was just as described and PERFECT for our annual trip! We will certainly stay here again. We loved that heating the pool was included and there was so much to do (putt, ping pong, foosball, puzzles, games) that we hardly left the house! The host made our check-in so convenient (sorry about the check-out snafu). Thank you for allowing us into your home!

First retirement trip

Stayed for five weeks. House is rustic but comfortable. This was perfect for us with two dogs and some younger kids visiting. Yard and pool are fabulous. Location is ideal for getting around the city. Hosts were also attentive if asked for anything. This property would also be perfect for a foursome golf trip.

A Truly Exceptional Stay – Beyond Expectations!The space itself was impeccably clean, stylish, and stocked with thoughtful amenities that made us feel right at home. Whether it was the cozy blankets and beds, the fully equipped kitchen, or the amazing pool (heated for free), every detail was carefully considered.The location was ideal, with easy access to all the must-see spots but still offering a peaceful retreat after a busy day.
