If you're looking for the perfect getaway in Phoenix, look no further than this stunning five-star! Our 2 week stay was nothing short of spectacular. The moment we walked in, we were greeted by a beautifully decorated interior that perfectly blended modern comfort with a touch of desert charm. The spacious living area was ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Each bedroom was a serene retreat, offering plush bedding and ample space, making it feel like a home away from home. One of the highlights was the private outdoor space, complete with a sparkling pool and a cozy seating area perfect for evening gatherings under the stars. The location was also unbeatable, just a short drive from breathtaking hiking trails and vibrant downtown attractions. The hosts were attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay perfect. Poor Communication & Lack of Transparency

We had to cancel our stay last minute due to a family emergency and immediately contacted both the owner and VRBO. Acknowledging that we were outside the cancellation policy, we inquired about rebooking for a future date with minimal penalty. The staff indicated that this might be possible and advised us to cancel the stay. However, I was unable to do so through the app and notified the host, who directed me to contact VRBO. VRBO confirmed they had emailed the host regarding the cancellation.When we later attempted to rebook, we were offered a 10% return client discount off the published price. Upon follow-up, the owner stated they had never received the cancellation. VRBO confirmed the email had been sent, but the staff did not acknowledge this. As a result, the stay was never officially canceled, and the owner lost the opportunity to rebook the property.While we understood the cancellation policy, the initial communication suggested some flexibility, which was not ultimately honored. Disappointing.

Perfect Spot

The home was lovely and well appointed. The location fit in well for our Phoenix plans and accommodated our group well. Host was very accessible for any questions. Pool was a bonus and the neighborhood was well kept and quiet.

Very nice house

The cleanliness was the best of any VRBO property we have rented. It was nice to have 2 bedrooms with ensuites for me and my sister. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. The neighborhood was established and felt very safe. We enjoyed the backyard and appreciated the covered area with the fan as it was very hot there! Very nice and communicative owner!

Lovely, comfortable home

Such a great getaway with the family. My whole family met in Phoenix to celebrate my nieces graduation from law school. Jackie was very responsive whenever I had any questions. Also, at the last minute, she was happy to allow my dad to join our already big group. Everything was clean, organized, and comfortable. I’m so happy we ended up at this property.

Perfect Arcadia Location

Lovely property in Arcadia that was perfectly close to everywhere we needed to go for a wedding at The Royal Palms Resort. VERY clean, and enough space for everyone not to feel crowded. The pool is lovely, not too shallow or too deep, and everything was easy to find/use. Our only glitch was needing to send photos of a broken shelf to our host but we got that all sorted quickly. It would be a great place to stay with children as well with two trundle beds plus bunk beds. Minutes from the Phoenix Zoo and Botanical Gardens, Sky Harbor, and food galore. Definitely recommend.

Beautifully appointed home in convenient, established neighborhood

The Lilly met all of our needs for this trip. We spent a great family day by the pool. We cooked some foodie meals in the well-appointed kitchen. Hung out in the living room for games, movies and conversation. Jackie is a generous host. Beds linens decor lighting etc is all on point. We also loved the proximity to the airport, Scottsdale, Phoenix and many good restaurants

Outstanding house, kitchen, rooms etc. Beautiful back yard. Only weird thing is first line advertises house w heated pool but requires extra charge to turn heat on. Wasn’t expecting that. Great for families and easy to cook in well laid out kitchen

Wonderful gem!

Nice neighborhood and this place had everything!!! From coffee to laundry soap...spices, cooking supplies. Beds were very comfy and linens were top of the line.....Really so well done and perfectly equipped. Super friendly hosts! I can't recommend enough. Will definitely be back!
