Struggled with 4 or 5 stars ... Would have done 4.5 stars as this place was exactly as described and worked great for the family. Was happy with stocked essentials (towels, pans, kitchen, etc) as we made meals there. Location was okay.... Wasnt in the thick of things that we traveled to (zoo, touristy spots, shopping, golf) but was accessible and easy to get in and out of.Was totally bummed that the pool heat (hence my star demerit) was acting up as that was the main reason we chose this place BUT silver lining, the management company was VERY responsive and willing to talk things out and make it right. The kids played some in the pool but it was chilly despite being warm for the season.Fruit trees were fun and the backyard was relaxing. Thanks for a great place for our trip

We loved the home

Overall it was a very stress-free environment. The outdoor space was gorgeous very welcoming, however, myself, and my friends are couples that enjoy watching television. in the bed at night and the TVs in the bedrooms or not working properly. I would definitely rent that home again. Is the TV situation was fixed.

Oasis in Mesa

Loved staying here with my siblings! Very well appointed house with all the kitchen gadgets and items we needed for barbecues. And the outdoor fire table and chairs was a great place to relax and watch the stars! We FID lots of area sightseeing and we’re glad to come back here and relax at the end of the day. Too cold to use the pool, but I bet it’s wonderful, too!

Great vacation spot

We will be out by 10:00 to catch our flight home. We loved the house and had a fabulous vacation. Would like to talk to someone about a 30 day rental next year. DW has been started Sheets have been washed and are in the dryer Towels are in the washer. Trash has been taken out. We only used the master bedroom. Did not use the other two at all, so we left beds made up

Wonderful house

Extremely clean and had everything you need. Be careful though if you want the pool heated you have to check with owner and pay extra. Wasn't very clear on website. Fire pit area was very nice and had plenty of propane. Would stay again. Beds are comfortable.

Wow! Couldn't have asked for something more perfect!!

This was EXACTLY what we were looking for and couldn't have been happier with our find! Location was great and accessibility to essentials was perfect. The pool was fabulous, yard beautiful, house PERFECT for our family of 7 and it was extremely clean. It was so great being able to spend some time just relaxing with our kids at home, watching them swim and make smores without constantly running. The only thing that was frustrating was related to the communication with the managing company. I read to email ahead of time to heat the pool so I did, twice, and I never heard a response. I also didn't get any information on how to check in so about 4 hours prior to our arrival I called for both and was told to heat the pool it would cost us an additional $400. At the time we booked that wasn't clear. Overall, this was a FABULOUS stay and when we make it back to AZ, we have every intention of returning!

Great for what we needed

This house worked really well for our family trip. It was very easy to get to and the pool was amazing. We did have to pay A LOT to have it heated for our stay but it was worth it for the little ones to be able to swim and enjoy the pool every day. The house was clean overall and had everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking & even toiletries for us in the bathroom. Lots of beach towels and an entire shed of pool floats & toys. The management company was very responsive with questions or concerns. The only negatives were that the propane ran out for the fire pit after a couple hours of use. The back patio furniture was also pretty worn and the kids fell through the cushions a couple of times. We also notices that some of the tacks in the carpet were coming up and we were all getting pricked by them walking around the living room. Besides the huge extra fee for the pool heater and the other small things, we did really enjoy our stay!

Girls getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed this house. We spent countless hours in the pool floating, swimming and soaking up the sun. We enjoyed every meal outside under the covered deck. Movies and games at night. Very responsive to network problems.

Beautiful home in Mesa

We had a great time on our Mesa vacation. The home is centrally located and very comfortable. Our only disappointment is that the property is listed with a heated pool. We couldn’t get ahold of anyone to turn on the heating in the pool. We had planned to spend a few afternoons enjoying the pool but it was too cold. Please don’t list it as a heated pool if the heater will not be turned on.

Very disappointed with our stay

Although the house was centrally located with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby, we encountered several issues during our stay. First and foremost, we followed the instructions on the listing and called to ensure that the pool would be heated upon our arrival. To our disappointment when we arrived the pool was at 62° and took four days to get to get to a comfortable temperature. The heated pool was the main reason we rented the house. When Vacasa was notified of the issue on our first day the representative did not apologize and simply stated we would not be charged the additional $850 heating fee. We stated that that was not acceptable and was told that was all we get and he hung up on us. Second, there were four of us staying in the house and only the first two people in the shower would have hot water. It would take over an hour before the water would warm up again. Third, we were unable to use the grill as the propane tank was empty. In addition, cooking was difficult in the kitchen as common utensils were not provided such as measuring spoons. Lastly, the internet stopped working the third day in. Overall, we were very disappointed with our stay and will not book this house again.

Nice property, some small issues

House was clean and, for the most part, as described. Overall, we had a lot of fun and really enjoyed the stay. There were some issues regarding whether the pool was heated or not. The description said it was (which is a big reason we picked the house), and when we got there the pool was a very chilly 74. Too cold for small kids. We asked them to turn on the heater for us and they said there wasn't one, but we did some looking around and found it. Communication was a little slow to see if it was okay to turn on, so we ended up turning it on (labelled breaker near the water filter). Heated it up like a charm, next day was a nippy 79, and after that it was a pleasant mid-80s for the rest of the stay. Just some confusion on the heater and with the communication with Vacasa. But we let them know it had one and it appeared to be working. There was also a minor odor of cigarette smoke in the house, but it wasn't too bad. Overall the property was really nice and we enjoyed the stay. Kids all had a blast with the backyard pool - after it warmed up, they were in there every afternoon.

Great house and the location worked great

House was very clean. The pool was great. Very quiet neighborhood. We were close to shopping and restaurants in Mesa which was convenient for us while visiting the assisted living where our family is living. Would return. Thanks
