Nice Hotel.A little tucked away,in fact didn't know it was there despite being a frequent visitor to Patong having been recommended by a friend.Staff were sensational.Always cheerful & attentive,they're like one happy family.Nothing but good to say about my stay.Special mention to Layya & Party for making Happy hour fun.Inn Patong is changing hands in a couple of months,so i hope the vibe of the Hotel doesn't change

basit bir hotel,jakuzi kadar havuzuyla.otelin eski ve temiz olmaması internet problemli olmasıyla,otel için istenen parayı kesinlikle haketmiyen bir hotel.suratsız ve umursamaz ömrümde bu kadar kalitesiz bir resepsiyon ekibi görmedim.tüm personel suratsız aslında Güleryüz yok.ben almadım ama alanlarla görüştüm otelden tur programıda almayın sakın dışarda aynı turları yarı fiyatına aldım.alanlar olmuş kazıklanmayın

Bel hôtel et vraiment bien situé......belle piscine mais dommage que les lits étaient en très mauvais états. Le déjeuner est cher même su c'est un buffet.

Top location Friendly helpful staff

I couldn’t recommend this hotel more highly It is only a 3 Star but the staff and the location definitely make it a nicer stay than a 5 Star. It’s down a little laneway from the main Patong stretch which makes it very quiet. The breakfast was great but what makes it is the pool and bar with the beautifully friendly Leigha. The girls at the front desk were lovely too booking us a show, airport shuttles and general advice.

Decent cheap hotel

Hotel was ok nothing special but I knew this when I booked worth the £19 for a night I paid clean pool was good too hotel could do with updating as it looks a bit worn inside but overall worth the money I paid

Ein kleiner Pool zum Abkühlen Zentral, schnell am Strand und in der Stadt Für Patong überraschend ruhig, da in einer Seitenstraße Schon etwas in die Tage gekommen

Tres bien!

Hotellet var väldigt härligt och riktigt mysig pool, lite svårt att hitta i början men när man fick koll på det så låg det väldigt centralt och nära till allt. Väldigt bra wi-fi!

Disappointing

I have stayed in hundreds of hotels & never left negative feedback....until now (BTW I am a very low maintenance hotel guest) The hotel advertised "premium internet" This was the main reason I stayed there because I had to run an online meeting for a large number of clients. It lasted for 10 minutes and failed. I asked to speak to a manager about it (numerous times), and was told that the manager was not available for the week. This is more like a 2 star with a 4 star price. Breakfast was 3 food warmers. I had to ask for my room to be cleaned, new towels, etc on 3 out of the 5 days & was told one day that it couldn't be done. Check in is 2pm, check out at 12pm - they will not alter this at all. There are many other places to stay - select one of them

Rum utan fönster

Rummet var utan fönster. Det visade sig att för att få fönster måste jag välja rum med balkong! Receptionen hjälpte till så vi fick byta rum. Det kostade 400 bath extra för 3 nätter.

Overall is just ok

If you love night life in Patong, this is a good place. Room is just OK quite old, staff is nice and drunker marching around in the night ... price is a bit high for just sleep.

Nice hotel in quiet location

Finally a hotel with good internet. Thank you The room was clean and the bed very good Bathroom was clean though small and dated The location was a bit out of the way but that was fine for me and there were a couple of restaurants close by and only 5 min walk to jungceylon and Bangala Street

Nice quiet place hidden. Close to everything.

Staff couldn't help you more. So friendly. The 2 bosses Paul and Mark are great hosts. Highly recommended.

Very central to all activities

I have stayed in many hotels in Patong, now that I have stayed at Inn Patong hotel I will always come back. The staff and the owner go out of there way to make you feel like part of the family. I highly recommend this hotel.

แอร์ครวเปลี่ยนใหม่นะครับ และป้ายโรงแรมที่หน้าปากซอยให้ชัดเจนด้วยครับ ผมไม่แน่ใจนะครับว่ามีที่จอดรถยนต์ป่าวครับ ทุกอย่างดีหมด ขอเชิญครับโรงแรมอินป่าตองเหมาะมากครับสำหลับการผักผ่อนที่ราคาประหยัดมาก

3 of us stayed in the room , the extra bed was horrible and uncomfortable , opened our sliding door and had a view of buildings in bad need of a paint job , the maid will only clean your room if you hunt her down, and only if you leave tag outside your door ,mind you they also left the balcony door opened and tag kept flying away . we complained 3 days in a row about this , there is no extra care taken to make the room look good just off white bed sheets not welcoming at all ,the room also had ants and the worse part is the reception staff are not friendly at all and have bad attitudes when quests complain the only good thing is that the hotel is near patong beach apparently they are upgrading the hotel , but if you are looking for a comfortable stay maybe look elsewhere

Easy and comfortable

Hotel was clean comfortable. Bed was good and pillows soft, room came with two bottles of water a day regardless if it was cleaned or not (up to you) and is very close to the beach and Bangla road. Pool is available from 9 until 9 and is where I spent about half of my time here! Hotel offers transport to the airport for about 800 Bhat if you want. Overall one of the best places I've stayed
