I had a great view of the beach. Hotel centrally located with good access to nightlife and beach etc. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

Possible scam

Ok so I booked Superior room based on all photos from all websites. But they give me the room and it is NOT room from photo. They switch the photos Superior room has deluxe photo and Deluxe has superior photos on all websites. So they put me in this room in back corner with view of a wall and people walking up and down past my window. So I call them they say yes wrong photo. But can upgrade for 1000 baht per night. So I paid 3000 for 3 nights for a decent room, that had plumbing problems, toilet only works some times and leaks. Also AC leak and rain also leaks from ceiling. Hotel is in bad condition and they scam you for upgrade. Otherwise good location directly on beach and very close to Bangla. Food was pretty good and free minibar. Book t he superior room or higher.

Hotel on the Beach

The hotel is not a 5-star hotel but good to stay if you want to be near the Bangla Walking Street and the beach. The rooms were clean enough but some areas, such as the bathroom, could use a make over. There were some dings in the tile and in the tub basin. It is right on the beach so it provides a convenience for you to go from beach to room. The pool is centrally located in the hotel, near the bar and lounge. The negatives were: 1) The rooms requested (deluxe balcony) did not live up to expectations and online pictures. There should be a disclaimer that 3-4 rooms (our party had 2 of the rooms) had almost zero visibility to the pool area, which is the direction the balcony faced and should overlook. 2) There is a per person charge per night for additional persons beyond your reservation (we had a coz join last minute). I didn't, and don't, agree with this charge. Hotels should charge per room not per person. This charge is almost equivalent to the cost of a night's stay so you may be better off booking another room than number getting a rollaway bed. Or, just don't add the additional person. Overall, I would recommend a stay here...the stay was not bad but for the two negatives.

En riktigt fin avslutning på vår resa i phuket. Ett läge som är svårslaget med tillgång till strand, lounge och party mindre än ett stenkast från balkongen. Personligen hade jag lite otur med balkongen som låg mitt emot huvudbyggnaden och därmed drog ner utsikten något. Detta vägdes upp mot ett stort rum med mycket förvaringsutrymme. Toaletten hade något dålig spolning vilket tillsammans med handfatet skapade en dov doft av avlopp. Fläkten på toaletten ordnade detta på 2 minuter så inget att vara missnöjd över. Bra städning och perfekt läge!

雨季だったため格安で泊まれてラッキーでした。 オンザビーチなので、数歩でビーチに行けるパトンでは珍しいロケーションのホテルです。 デラックスプールビューでしたが、一部オーシャンビューで、とても眺めが良いです。 生憎の雨続きだったのですが、スコールが来たらすぐに部屋に戻れるのが超便利でした。

Location, location, location

This is a great place on the beach and with immediate access to the hustle and bustle of all that Patong has to offer. Still far enough back from the road to get a good nights sleep. The cheap price for accommodation goes with the dated decor and old construction.

OK hotel on the beach

A hotel that is under threat of being closed as there are plans to build a time-share complex on the premisses. Little maintenance have been done in the last years... OK rooms, some with absolutely no view, others with great view. We first got a room that faced a wall, but were able to change to a room (smaller than we had booked, though) with a view of the pool and sea. Breakfast was ok.

Nice 3 stars on beach, close to Bangla st

Best location!!! nice and helpfull staff. On the beach side, no need to cross the street. I took the Junior Suite with pool access. Deluxe room with balcony are ok, some of them facing a wall with ACs and some with pool view. beach balcony view rooms have trees blocking the view.

hôtel sympa, avec la piscine qui donne directement sur la plage et sur le centre-ville à deux pas.c'est le bon endroit pour ceux qui veulent profiter de la ville la nuit. Personnel sympa. Par contre, bien choisir sa chambre. Car celle que nous avons pris , Et très très très sombre donc obligé de laisser la lumière mais mon pleine journée. Dommage. ne pas prévoir de rester dans l'hôtel la journée pour les animations il n'y en a pas. Pas des salles de sport, pas de centre de massage et cetera Pour le reste rien à redire.

Somethings go wrong in Patong

The bell hop was unenthusiastic and seemed to generally hate his job. Understandably so. Because this hotel was run down just like my spirits as soon as entering the room. It sounded like a jet engine was parked outside our room. But don't worry it only started at night when you just about to drift off to sleep. For a beach front hotel the view was an absolute let down. It was of a messed up roof top and four feet away another room. Another let down was the key needing to be in the slot to keep the AC on so when you left the room it heated up to temps hotter than two rats fornicating in a wool sock. The two saving graces about this hotel are, the pool was nice, and the location was great.

Good location on beach, near bangla road

Only thing good about this hotel is close to bangla road and beach as well as food or malls. Hotel itself and its amenitiea are very old and dated.

Super hôtel !

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est vraiment bon si vous venez à Patong pour les sorties entre amis. La fameuse Bangla Road se situe à 100m, la plage est visible à partir d'un transat autour de la piscine !!! Le personnel est très sympa et serviable.

The Real Story

Stayed 4 nights, wished we hadn't. No elevator, pool is tiny and surrounding pool area unattractive and hot. Breakfast was limited and at times had to wait for empty self serve trays to be restocked. Allowed smoking in front area at all times including breakfast, of course the sea breeze always blows it into the general area. This annoyed a lot of people. The whole hotel should be non-smoking. Of course most smokers are inconsiderate and wish to poison themselves and others around before throwing their cigarette butts on the road or footpath or on the beach. So, in summary, the hotel could be so much better, and maybe its patrons, but sadly is not. Position is the only thing going for it but Bann Lamai next door or even the Horizon across the side road would be a better choice if wanting this area.

Perfect location.

From my room I walked down past the pool, sat on the deck with a nice cool beer, watched the magnificant sunset across the bay of Patong. The staff were friendly and obliging. It's the only hotel that you can walk from your room and be right on the beach.

Great location, beach walk out

The staff were very good about handling all of our requests, the Happy Hour was great but only an hour. Restaurant was good for any meal but we use it mostly for breakfast and lunch. My room was nicely located where I did not hear the late night noise of the bars and nightclubs

Great location...one of only 3 hotels located on the beach. Staff is fabulous & very attentive. Lovely view with breakfast overlooking the beach. LOVED the Happy Hour every day :-) . Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!
