Ilmastointi toimi, edullinen hintasuhde, joka päivä tultiin lakanat ja pyyhkeet vaihtamaan. Miinusta oli kuitenkin paljon, siivoojat olivat hyvin töykeitä.. Hakkasivat ovea aamulla, jos ei heti päästy avaamaan ja kunnes avattiin, tunkeutuivat sisään ja ei voineet odottaa, että saadaan rauhassa laittaa itsemme, sekä hotellissa paljon puutteita, hotellin allas paikka oli ihan rempallaan, suihkusta vähän väliä vesi loppunut, kesken suihkunkin vesi loppui..

Recommended for the price

Nice big room with a balcony and King size bed. Good location, just walk ten minutes to the beach and bus stop. Twenty minutes walk to Big C and Jungceylon Mall. Overall good stay with daily cleaning of your room and bottle water. Tv with good English channels, AC and good wifi. I would stay here again even though it is an old building with a dirty pool.

Worth Hotel Experience in 5 yrs using Hotels.com

I live in the area for 3 month and have experienced different kind of hotels but this one is the worst from far. Tbh I paid around 1000 THB and the worth is around 400 THB so for me this place is a huge scam. 1. I had to wait 1 hour at reception to check-in because the hotel didnt receive the confirmation from hotels.com 2. I choose this hotel because of the swimming pool but the swimming pool was closed and no way to negotiate a discount or a reimbursement which is totally unfair as the value of the room is not the same without swimming pool and the pool is the first picture of this hotel everywhere. 3. In the room description they said balconey but instead I got a broken window which doesn't close properly. 4. The aircon was old and not powerful enough , I wake up 5 times at night sweating whereas the aircon was maximum. 5. Overall the room was really dirty, many broken things, old TV, no shampoo, very noisy... 6. The maid got in the room without knocking twice when I was trying to sleep at 8:00 am and 10:00 am, then again the guy from the lobby go in without knocking at 12:05 when my girlfriend was getting dressed because I had to check out. To sum up, the people working there were rude and not respectful at all, the location of the hotel is not a good choice and the quality of the hotel is definitely not worth the price. Please don't go there you will regret it, Hotels.com should have shame to have this hotel in their references, they should unlist it

Room and facilities.

I read the review before I stayed there, it was bad and made me worried but after I checked in and talked with the reception to asked him if we can early check in, everything went well. I understand about bad reviews as its true in some point but if you compare with the price like 290 baht per night !!! I dont think the room is bad. If you want more comfortable place to stay, you need to pay more as well. Its simple. P.S. in room has TV, fridge and aircon.

แอร์เสียงดังมาก เหมือนมีอะไรวิ่งอยู่ข้างใน รีเซฟชั่นเป็นผู้ชายแก่ๆ ไม่ค่อยเป็นมิตรเท่าไหร่ ห้องเก่า ทางเดินไม่มีไฟ ห้องน้ำมีคราบเหลืองๆ แต่ก็ถูกสมราคา เหมาะสำหรับคนงบน้อย ดีที่ห้องใหญ่ เตียงนุ่ม

Hotel da avitare assolutamente

Sono dei ladri ti chiedono soldi per qualunque cosa. Non c e acqua calda, vecchio,sporco, una persona della reception ed il manager da licenziare all istante maleducati scortwsi e non collaborativi. Poscina ibesistente sempre in manutenzione. Lenzuala ed aciugamani in stato schifosissimo

NOT LIKE THE PIC!!!! Dirty

The hotel does NOT look like the pictures. The poolarea is not in use and the pool water was dirty like a puddle in the forest. Some of the staff was friendly but not like you use to hear about "the land of smile". Sorry to say, but I will not recommend this hotel...

Huone oli ihan siedettävässä kunnossa ja siisti sekä varustettu ok. Mutta katon uima-allas osasto oli lähinnä vitsi. Kaivannut remonttia jo vuosia sitten ja näytti siltä että sitä on ehkä alettu joskus siistimään viisi vuotta sitten mutta muuta ei ole sittemmin tapahtunut kuin menmyt vain pahempaan kuntoon Vaahtomuovipatjat ilman päällysteitä sikin sokin ja joka paikka rikki ja rempallaan joskus ollut varmaan Ihan hienokin Aamupalabuffet aika aneeminen 150 THB hintaan. Lähistöltä löytyy parempaa satasellakin Kaikki melu käytäviltä oikein raikuu huoneeseesi ja vaikutti kuin käynnissä olisi ollut yöllinen ovenpaiskontakilpailu Ilmainen kahvi ja tee aulassa hyvä plussa

duplicitous practices

I rate this hotel very poorly because their advert on this site is very misleading. The room I booked was extremely cheap, however, was not as described. The advert on here said the room had a balcony. When I checked in I was told that the room I had booked did not even have a window, in fairness they upgraded me, however, even the upgraded room had no balcony, but had a window. The other very bad point about this hotel is they charge 500B if you bring a lady back to the room, that is a complete wrort considering the room rate is the same for one person as two. Some hotels try this on if travelling alone always book for two in case you bring back company.

Hotellihan on aivan hyvä palveluineen ja muutenkin. Perhehotellin tuntuinen. Sen omistivatkin kaksi iranilaista veljestä, tosi fiksuja miehiä, koulutettuja ja sen huomasi. Siivoojat hoitivat hyvin hommansa. Olen ollut kolme kertaa aikaisemmin tässä hotellissa. Hinta on kohtuullinen, nyt 38 € vuorokausi. Matkaa Patongin rannalle yksi km. Tällä kertaa vaan sattui olemaan se sotilashallituksen päähänpisto voimassa, eli ennen niin siistit laverrivistöt oli poistettu. Turistit makailivat hiekan päällä patjojen päällä. Muutosta on tultava ensi kaudeksi, eli palautettava vanha järjestelmä, joka toimi. Joo, poliisit pitivät tällä kertaa turisteille järjestystä. Puutarhatuolit oli tuotu rantapoikien toimesta auttamaan turistien surkeaa olemista, mutta 15.2.15. Helikopterikuva uksen jälkeen armeija totesi, että rumannäköisiä ovat, joten sakon uhalla ja poliisien tuolinippuja pois vetäessään pääsimme sitten luvan perästä aurinkoöljyllä voideltuna hiekan päälle makailemaan. Kyllä ärsytti. Minäkin olen 80-vuotias selkävaivainen mies, ei se oikein "kutaa" tehnyt mun selälleni. Odotin hartaasti kotiinpääsyä. Onkohan näillä Thaiviranomaisilla oikeaa kuvaa turistien tärkeydestä siinä maassa?

Hotel nearby beach and shopping-area.

Patong beach only 10 minute walk.The area around the hotel very touristic so many restaurants and bbq nightmarket every evening. ATM and money-changers are everywhere.

Terrible, avoid this place !

The hotel has so many problems im unsure were to start. I can start by saying that the "Manager" is never there so dont ask for him. The pool is under construction or maybe turning into a giant dust pit with constant drilling. "THE PHOTOS OF THE POOL ARE NOT THE POOL AT ALL ON THIS SITE. Breakfast was included says Hotels.com, but the Brothers Residence told me its not. Printed / showed on my ipad / showed online to them but they said its Hotels.com problem not theirs. Ill just bullet point its much easier: *Loud Russians at all hours *Loud cleaners who do more talking than cleaning *Pictures show swan towels on each bed, i did not see at all *Glasses NEVER WASHED. just put back in your room *Unhelpful staff - would not give an extra pillow *Beds are like sleeping on a rock ( a hard rock) *Same awful breakfast each day (I hope you like egg omelettes with nothing else) *Some nice stray cats that hang around the reception *Computer in the hotel that didnt work for emails *View that over looks whats some old mans shack with a beaten up Toyota car in the middle of the field. Positives: I didnt get sick, aids or ebola . Never again ! Stayed November 2014

Not very close to beach.

An ok expirience. A good deal though. Helpful staff. However when we had selected with breakfast it didn't show on our booking with expedia. Hence we didn't get any from hotel.
