    • Upstairs: Spacious open-plan living with a modern kitchen (oven, cooktop, coffee machine, 2x full fridge/freezers), a large dining table (seats 8), leather lounge, TV, and outdoor verandah with seating for 16.







    • Downstairs: Second lounge area with another kitchen, fridge/freezer, dining table, lounge, and TV — perfect for extra families or teens.

Family fun

Huge house with plenty of big open rooms for family to get together and enjoy. Very good kitchens, well equipped. Great outdoor dining areas, good pool. Location so good for easy walking to beach , bush and pub, food etc.

Amazing property!

Gorgeous property in the perfect location, walking distance to the Picnic Bay beachfront, pub, brewery & cafe. Very clean & tidy with full kitchen facilities, beautiful pool area & plenty of entertainment areas. We will definitely be back!

Picnic Bay Gem

We had a group of 10 friends stay at this beauty of a home. Short walk from the beach and the pub and everyone was able to have a game of golf as well which was amazing. We absolutely loved staying at this home, highly recommend. Amenities were amazing as well. Thanks Mark and Rosemary! We will definitely stay again in the future x

We were very happy with this house - plenty of room for the 7 of us. Good value for money and a great location to pub, pier, netted beach enclosure, bus stop & cafe. Highly recommend for larger groups!

Amazing house in a fabulous location

Absolutely loved our stay here. The house was incredibly clean and had everything we needed. Perfect location close to the jetty and a lovely Italian restaurant and brewery. Communication with the host was helpful and responsive. The kids loved the possum which visited us most nights! Would definitely stay again.

Another weekend in paradise

We had stayed here 16 years ago, and it was a fun time with the family. Having two areas made it great for those that needed some quiet, and downstairs great for my daughter who has FND and needs a wheel chair from time to time. Kids had heaps of room to play.

Perfect family getaway

We had family friends coming to stay from Tassie and booked this property to our two families (12 people all up) for a few days getaway. It was the ideal place for us - plenty of room, separate living spaces when the kids wanted to do their own thing, everything there that we needed. Wonderful location, great pool and lots of places to sit both inside and out. We would definitely recommend to others.

Such a fantastic house, exactly like the photos. So much room for 4 couples plus 2 singles. Loved having the dual spaces upstairs and downstairs. Highly recommend.
